Lady on the phone is the rudest woman alive, makes you not wanna order food there
I’ve been getting takeout from king garden for the last ten years. Their food USED to be good. I got (as my usual) Singapore mei fun and it tastes HORRID. The chicken is hard as a rock. The shrimp has a gross gritty texture to it. I never complain but I called and the woman told me all she can do is give $2 off my next order. Ridiculous as I’ve been a paying customer for ten years. I told her that doesn’t help me as I refuse to eat the meal she tells me I can bring it back but that’s it. Very nasty and rude, horrible customer service. Wont be coming here any more!
