Worst food ever…. Got dinner from here about 4 hours before closing and the chicken was undercooked and had a fishy taste/smell. Lady rudely threw my box of food on the counter and dropped my change on the counter ….

Even though I call a head I have to wait every time for my food. The woman who is usually at the counter knows me now so she doesn't even ask me what I ordered.

Rude! Rude! Condescending! Rude! And then didn't have 4 of the 7 things we ordered on the menu. Why do people still come here? Oh, and did I mention how rude they were?

If I could give a 0 star or -10 I would! Lady was snotty and didn't act like she wanted to be there when I ordered then stood there for almost 20 min after to pick the order up and as they argued in the back and didn't give there customers the time of day I left hope they enjoyed throwing away the food

Worst Vegetable Fried Rice in the world! Over cooked rice. Celery and carrots? Really? Will not ever go back!

This place is garbage all around. Rude on the phone, and rude when picking up. They do not know what goes in a pu pu platter. The food was even burnt. Either over-fried or old oil. And charged me $18.95 when the menu clearly says $12.95

They gave me the wrong food, even tho when i was cashing out they said wat i ordered and still gave me the wrong food after making me wait 40+ minutes for it.i asked for chow mein and instead they gave me fried vegetables and white rice.

Food is great. There order times are alittle off. Everytime we order from here they give us a pickup time and it's double that usually. That's why the 4 stars.

Called in an order 20 minutes before I showed up, they didn't start making it til I arrived. What's the point of calling ahead?

Ordered at 5: 15, was told it would be 30-35 mins. After an hour and 15 mins, still not ready. I don’t know what’s going on, but both King house and Best kitchen don’t have orders ready anywhere near when they say they will.

They lie about how long it will take to get your food. They say 20 minutes, but they don't actually start cooking it until you get there, regardless of how long you wait to go. The food is not good either. The pork fried rice was the worst I've ever had in my life, and even after we waited forever, they still forgot part of our order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The food is delicious but after you order you have to wait for hours. Ordered @ 3: 38pm it’s 6: 26pm right now, still waiting. This happens every time. The fastest was about an hour. I think they need more help. Like a prep cook.

Ordered at 6: 52. Was told 25-30 minutes. Arrived at 7: 32 and then proceed to wait around 30 minutes before they asked what order i had. Then, went on for another 15-20 minutes to finally cook my meal while I’m sitting inside. Best kitchen always.

I've lived across the street from here for 24 years and this will always be my favorite local Chinese food. I ordered quite a bit of food tonight and waited about an hour. It was well worth the wait. My dad is retired and used to love getting Moo Goo Gai Pan (pictured) all the time when he lived out in Long Beach, CA. He says it's the best Chinese he's lived out west. (Also picture is Sweet and Sour Chicken and House Special Lo Mein.)

Sometimes the food is good, but the service is always bad. Being understood while ordering on the phone is an excercise in futility. Waiting an extra hour, after they tell you 35 min.is not unusual. It earns two stars, because, despite all that, I've never been poisoned there.

Should probably hire more help when you place and order at 6: 10pm here it is almost 8pm and the order still aint done I think thats an issue

Food is hit and a miss here sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s bad. Sometimes it a hour wait and they say 15 ‘mins. I caught them for the 3rd time trying to overcharge me by $5 and if they do that to everyone it’s adds up to a lot. Check the prices and so the math don’t get ripped of by these ppl coming to America to take advantage of us. Most people pay and don’t look at the receipt.

Great food but customer service is not it I always get hung up on while ordering and going inside I also get ignored while trying to pay for my meal

I love king house. They have the best Chinese food in town. However, they seem really overwhelmed of late, probably because their food is so good. I think they should hire a few extra hands for the dinner rush.
