I’ve condensed my glorious account of working with King Law for the sake of general attention span and there’s no space for illustrations.

We’d made Rochester, NY home for about 13 years, but my slip and fall situation created an unplanned and sudden relocation to Canton, OH, for necessary family support as I recovered. My case began one year before Covid and settled at the end of 2021. With all the challenges that came with the case alone, we were also managing long distances, and a worldwide virus. Still, Bob and his team never stopped diligently working on my case. Bob remained transparent throughout the process, providing updates from his home, on the road between law offices, or the road to the barber. Bob even drove to Ohio to provide in-person legal support. Talk about going the extra mile! Bob and his team continuously worked within unusual complications to deliver a victorious end! Bob and team negotiated a settlement beyond what I imagined for myself. Bob regularly reassured me that he would get what I deserved and he did just that!

I cannot say enough about Robert King and his firm! They truly put their clients’ needs first, regardless of the severity of the injury. I was a passenger in a boating accident. Shockingly, I found out that in New York state, boaters’ insurance is not required. I was left with a severe back injury and was completely bed ridden for 9 months! All other attorneys said, "you did not break a bone, or you do not have a life altering injury", so they hung up the phone! That accident changed my life! Robert King is pretentious, arrogant, and unprofessional with bad customer service skills. I met with him after his colleague, whom I had an appointment with, couldn’t make it. Robert made comments to me that were inappropriate. Telling me that his colleague must “like me” because he quoted me a price that he deemed as too low and that he needs to talk to him about increasing his prices. He was disgusting. Also, in the middle of showing him evidence he puts up his finger to shut me up. I ended up walking out of there telling him that he made me feel uncomfortable and that I no longer wanted to do business with them.

I used King Law Firm twice. They have far exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner.
