I've been shipping with many companies for years, my friend suggested I try king Solomon logistics and I must say this is my 5th shipment with them and I beyond satisfied. They pick up my stuff and deliver straight to my family's door in Guyana and Trinidad. Great job ksl!

Very unprofessional! They tell you your barrel will be there in 3 to 4 weeks so they can get your business and then that's not the case. The woman who answered the phone, unfortunately, I didn't get her name was very rude. Wouldn't give me a chance to speak, kept cutting me off and then HUNG UP the phone. There goes your award for customer service. She kept saying that my barrel is not late. Well if you picked up my barrel the last week in June, and it so call takes 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered then why is today August 12, and the barrel has yet to be delivered? When I asked for the status, she said I can't tell you that at the moment. My kids went to Guyana for 5 weeks and all their things are in there. No barrel yet and they've already been there for 2 weeks. I'm spending unnecessary money in order to accommodate the barrel not being there. Start telling people the truth as to the exact time they should expect the barrel so they can plan accordingly. I will NEVER use them again, and you can't say I didn't warn you.

Horrible service. They never informed me of a reciept printer issue and never gave me any options for shipping either. Cursed me out on the phone an such. Their front desk person is too busy making personal phone calls too properly take care of customers. And best of all my package is missing and hasn't shown up on date of arrival.
