I would like to share my service experience from the burnside location your company is lucky to have an employee like mike his service is excellent he took a bad experience and turned it into a positive one although my purchase was from the Oceanside location which service was very poor. Mike help with all issues and resolved it very quickly you should have more employees like him.

Mike Poulson is one of the best guys to know in here I placed an order Monday morning around 11: 30am and got my stuff next morning at 8: 06am this is unreal I called so many other places no one had it for another two weeks he is the man give him a call he got the best stuff in NY and Long Island thank you Mike

I bought granite city & fire island 6x9 paver. Fire island pavers mix with autumn blends.also many damage pices.
Use to buy from kings Utica Ave Brooklyn. Always get good stuff & very nice customer service.
Sale persons at burnside Ave also doesn’t care that some is here to do business.

I would like to say that Kings building material in Inwood is the only place where I buy all my construction and remodeling material I have done a lot of work in my house and I have actually also help people get material from here they are very helpful especially Mike he is an exceptional person with great customer service he is very patient and will help you with every detail and we'll go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases I believe that Kings has a great employee by having Mike their work for them.

I have been using kings for years. Any project that I need stones or turf for, I only go to kings. Mike is an honest caring person, who has helped me with make amazing improvements on my house. His expertise and knowledge on the materials made purchases and selecting materials extremely easy. I would suggest using kings for any home improvement project.

I've been using Kings for over 10 years and I have to say that Mike Poulson is tops. He knows his stuff, he is on top of things and has been courteous and helpful with anything I need help with along the way.

I rather shop at five towns masonry, better pricing on blue stone, cobble stones and stone henge. Way over priced here.

I went to Kings to buy some wet look for my pavers and meet Mike P,
Wow what an excellent explosive experience it was, he shared all his expertise with me about it, and then I notice the great doors that Kings sell, I was blown away
He helped me with the door, that takes 3 months to get if you are purchasing a special order door, but they have some that are in stock, he guided me through the entire process even during Cov19 when things may take a little longer to get
He was extremely confident in his knowledge
I truly recommend working with Mike P at the 5 towns store. My wife and I are over the moon with joy of our new door.
