Ive been buying from oceanville for about 2 years now.the reason i gave them 5 stars is because of a recent acquisition of a new employee called Marcos, i knew marcos from a previous mason supply i used to buy from. This person is very attentive and respectful. He's curious and always is willing to take care of a customer. Glad to see oceanville has this guy, I'm sure soon they will see business getting better and reviews being a little more positive in respect to there employees. Good job oceanville in hiring marcos

Went in there today and there was no customer service. The woman barely answered our questions, kept taking calls and proceeded to assist another customer that came in after us. We will never go there again!

Camille was very informative and patient with me with the planning and designing process. She made herself readily available to address any concerns and answer any questions that I had. Will definitely use this company again!

Ordered a yard of pool sand in the showroom. Professional and courteous staff. Delivery was on time. Delivery guy was helpful and courteous. Will definitely come back.

Really nasty attitude from guy at counter called Ricardo who is supposedly the manager of store, he dispatches and takes orders has no patience on helping people needs other line of work.guy speaks Spanish and when upset starts calling people with bad words.luckily i decided on time not to buy anything at store.

Absolutely rude staff, there was this soy guy with a laptop who got really mad at me and called me rude.but HE was the rude one! Absolutely despicable people, i hate themm!

I came here to price the cost of Cambridge bricks for my patio and initially, I was given good service by Rubin. Once I came back and actually placed the order, things changed. I had to come back and order additional materials and Rubin and the rest of the staff had absolutely no patients with me. I am not a contractor so I have questions and want to be sure that I am getting the right product and the staff was very dismissive. They made me feel like I had to rush my decisions.

I ordered $7,000 in bricks from this place and you would think they would act like they appreciated my business when I came back to place additional orders but that was not the case. I went into the showroom to look at the cultured stone options and the lady there acted like I didn't exist. And when I asked her questions, she acted like I was bothering her. She absolutely provided no assistance so I had to grab the catalogues and read them overnight to understand what I needed. The next day I placed the order after making a decision overnight and another sales man that was calculating bills at the registered offered to help me but had no patients. He was better off not helping me and I noticed his reluctance. He took the order and told me that it would take 2 days to be delivered which was actually incorrect. This is because the next day I came back to place a small order for some additional sand and I asked Rubin on the status of my previous order and whether it would take 2 days and he mentioned it wasn't there and I would receive a call when it arrives. He didn't even check the order invoice to see if to was there because he has no patients with customers and is lazy. He was quick to dismiss me after I just spent more money on sand. Come to find out, I had a voicemail on my phone from the day before indicating that my stone would be there in 1 day, which is the same day and time that I asked Rubin to check on my order.

Bottom line, there is no reason to do business with people that don't appreciate your business or value you as a customer. This company is over entitled because they may have had consistent good business. I RECOMMEND ALL PEOPLE AND CONTRACTORS LOOKING TO OBTAIN BRICKS TO GO ELSEWHERE. I ALSO NOTICED PRICES CHEAPER IN SUFFOLK COUNTY AS WELL AND ALTHOUGH A FURTHER DRIVE, ITS WORTH IT DUE TO BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER PRICING. I AM SAD I SPENT SO MUCH WITH THIS COMPANY BUT I WAS ALREADY IN TOO DEEP WITH THE JOB. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE.
