7I live in the townhomes. It's a nice and peaceful area. The rent is not bad! This place is a plus!
Been living in their patio homes for awhile now and we are very comfortable and happy. The property is kept clean, the neighbors are respectable and quiet, and the staff is very diligent about helping out tenant needs. It might be a little pricier then other apartments around Irondequoit but the quality of living makes up for it in the long run.
They are great they loved me but what I did not like that all the apartments have included the water payment execto this, that's why I did not want to apply and that's why I also give it 2 stars.
Not that I live here.but just from a couple of reviews about the dumpster and mice, that if the landlord would take care of the the dumpster issue. Maybe there wouldn't be a mice issue. Problem solved! Looking at pictures posted it doesn't look like a bad place to rent.but, I draw the line at Rats, mice, roaches, mold, and landlords who refuse to correct the problematic issues!
(This review is 8 months overdue) I had both of my kids while living here and dealt with a MAJOR mouse problem. Idk if it was just my building or if other buildings experienced it too. There were exterminators that came out once a month, but the issue never seemed to be resolved. The lady upstairs moved out because of the mice. Other than this, it’s in a nice location and the apartment itself wasn’t bad. Rosa in the office was very nice.
Not sound proof. You hear every littl e noise from all the other apartments. Makes it difficult to sleep at times. People aren't considerate of others living in the building. It is almost 10 PM and I have been listened to music from someone's appt fir 2 hrs it is so freaking loud, I can't sleep! Who does one call about this i ssue?
It looks pretty on outside, with pretty plants, nice landscape maybe they should spend some of that money on the inside, the entry way, and hallways are in need of new carpeting and fresh coat of paint.
