Great place, doctor and customer service is perfect, front desk staff very nice girls, especially Victoria, she is absolutely professional and really helped me.

First of all very bad time management, my appointment was scheduled at 11: 30 am, they made me to wait more than an hour. I had to change my optics lenses twice and pay for them, of course. The second time the lenses were prescribed by their doctor, but still they wouldn’t make it right way. Waist of time and money, very disappointed. Don’t recommend.

Great place, excellent customer service. I got sunglasses for me and my daughter, we are very happy. Lina, sales associate, was very nice and helpful. Prices with discount are fair enough. That is my third time purchase here and I will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Stay away from this place if your respect yourself.
We were there a few months ago and were told glasses will be in within 7-10 days
Until today only excuses why they don’t have it.
And they talk about you in Russian the whole time
So Unprofessional!

Went in last year complaining about blurry vision and was told there's nothing wrong with my eyes and to just use reading glasses. I've since been rediagnosed with astigmatism at a different optometrist after a year of not being able to see.

I cannot yet speak of the service with regards to Eyeglasses but the service I received from Alex, a technician in the place met my expectations. I needed something creative to be done to fix the broken earpieces of my expensive Nike frames and Alex was able to replace the rubber ends of the earpieces with something suitable
I got what I needed for only $10 and walked away satisfied. This may be a worthwhile place to go to when I need a new pair of glasses. We will see.

If you are looking for a quality - it's a best place! Nice staff and latest frames from Europe!

Okay. I really tried to like this place and give it a chance.

I’ve gotten my eyes checked here many times.as far as the eye exam and eye doctors go, they are amazing.pretty much the only reason why i gave any stars.as far as the sales associates go, they are so rude every single time i come in to make a purchase, or to purchase contact lenses over the phone.every question I have is met with a nasty attitude.and another reason I will not return or order from here again is because the prices are outrageous.way over priced items, but hey, thats not the worst part.again, time after time i’ve tried writing the sales associate attitudes off as them being busy or having a bad day.but going here is definitely not worth the headaches at all.

Avoid this place, overpriced. They overcharged me by 120$ more, than the other store. They did not give me any lenses either. Never go there.

They Overcharge you. I went with a friend of mine and they charged him more than what I was charged in another place! I got transition lenses and even uv protection! All he got were the frames and the lenses!
They also "miscounted" the money my friend gave them.
While we waited for the woman to get back to us another one who wasn't doing anything came over to where we were waiting as if we would touch or take something like how if everything is behind cases?

Bought a new frame With "top quality" lenses That are supposed to transition. Lenses refused to transition even in direct sunlight. Went back to explain the situation That the lenses would not Change color or go dark. To be given a response that it might be too hot outside for the lenses to work Or that the lenses have not yet been "activated". Hearing the 1st response about it being too hot almost made me drop to the ground of laughter, But I gave them the benefit of doubt And went downstairs to activate my lenses. The UV Light Machine that they used worked fine. BUT as soon as I step out of the place once again into direct sun light the lenses turn back to normal and I'm left being blinded by the "Hot" sun.
Talking to the actual workers gets you no where.
Never coming here again.

Staff is rude and very unprofessional
Gave me wrong lenses and after having heacaches had to have it redone elsewhere. Every time i had an appointment is a different doctor. Can't keep track of who i saw last!

Cheating, high prices, absolutely low quality, inability to return, repair or compensation. The worst place to visit.

Been there for an eye examination had a good experience. Except I saw them buying cheap glasses from a guy who walked into the store, that looked a bit shady. To sit and buy cheap glasses like that when your an eye glass store and you should have more sturdy glasses.

Waited long time for eye exam and charged me extra also gave me trouble trying to make a new prescription

I really do not understand all bad reviews. I came in with an old pair of Cartier glasses with a broken screw. They repaired with all original plus cleaned it in a machine, and totally restored it for $20. I will bring all my business to them.
