This was the second vehicle I got from kings Infiniti that went well, only little thing that was not available was wheel locks for the rims. I had to go out and purchase them myself and install them leaving the car without protection for a night. All vehicles should leave the dealer with them on with the crime that is going on, beside that I would do business again.

I am very happy with Kings Infiniti. I purchased a car back in 2005 and the leased one in 2019. Both processes were clear with no surprises. I also felt like a I got a fair price both times. I purchased my lease yesterday and my only complaint is that they insisted that I do the post lease inspection even though I was buying the car. Seems silly to me and wasted my morning. That is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. The inspection took about 90minutes.
What a great dealership. We decided on the exact car we wanted. They had 1 coming in shortly. Mike took the time to make sure we were informed on the ETA. The paperwork was clear and upfront. Could not have been more helpful and honest. In a screwed up world where some dealers are taking advantage of their customers, Kings Infiniti made me feel like family. Could not have asked for a better experience (and we LOVE our new QX50!)

I took my FX out on the highway yesterday. Did not perform like usual. The pickup was slow. This was after an oil change and a dirty filter in the engine was changed. I will speak to the service department today.
