They sell affordable laundry parts and equipments. Staffs are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service always exceeds my expectation, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I used to purchase laundry equipment from King's Laundry Group pretty frequently until I had a problem with one of the parts I purchased. I purchased 3-way valves that were labeled alliance when they were actually OEM. They all broke within 2 months of being installed in the machine. I would not recommend purchasing equipment from them.

They provide quality service, help me through all questions I have, and help me to find the right parts for my machine. Good service

Originally, I would recommend business to these people, but not anymore. I and others in this industry purchase from these guys pretty often in the past for their cheap prices and accessibility.

Some items we have purchased from these guys usually include belts, small motors and switches for replacements. More often than not, we have received parts that are used and are told they are new, or parts that are not OEM, but generic. There is usually nothing wrong with generic, except when it's also used or their quality is way below that of the OEM.

I don't recommend buying from these guys for the time being.
