The store is tidy and easy to navigate. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but I've seen much worse. I'm glad they had a public restroom!

Had a great experience getting my covid booster shot at this Kinney location. Everybody was very friendly and the process was quick!

I talk To a pharmacist by the name of Nick I had questions about the shot and about the pill and he took the time to explain every detail to me and I am very grateful for him thank you Nick I appreciate you, you stay safe you help me a lot to make a decision that I was confused on God bless you.if you have questions call and ask for him he cares

And a 2-star is is a stretch.its pathetic that I've been using this pharmacy for years and not only has it been inadequate I went the other day to try to figure out what medication I had been getting from them for years I'd didn't know and had recently been switched to a new med however this jerk was so arrogant and rather then help me figure what medication it was he was more concerned w telling me that through my inquiry it hadn't been filled by them in over a year and what they can view stops after a certain time but NO I had to be scolded as I was at least sure a "pharmacist" would be able to assist me in finding the medication I took and getting it refilled or pulling up the latest scrip the doc called in and filling it

Prescriptions aren't ready when promised sometimes by a full day. I drive 5 times a week out of my way to pick up my meds to find out they aren't ready. I'm frustrated as this seems like a part-time job! I'm considering switching pharmacies. So very displeased!

It is always a wonderful experience. I always bring in my niece inside with my to pick-up my prescriptions and everyone is so nice. They always say hi to her and it is so great. She loves to go with me to 'the medicine store' as she calls it. It's always clean and tidy.

Gave it 5 stars because it’s open later than any other pharmacy in the area (to my knowledge) so it’s really handy if I get out of work late and need a pharmacy in a pinch.

Everyone is courteous and professional. A well managed business. Been a customer for years. Excellent service.

Yesterday, I bought a rather expensive new touch less thermometer (Covid, Thanksgiving, etc.). After presenting it to my wife, she told me she tried everything and it just wouldn't work. We did Thanksgiving without it.

Today, I spoke with Kellen, the store manager. I was ready for a battle, but no.he handled it perfectly- "These new ones just came in. If they're no good, we'll pull them from the shelves. "

Then, together, we opened a new box, installed the batteries and experienced the same problem.

He gave me the ever-so-slightly more expensive touch-less thermometer and showed me how it worked. And sent me away with no paperwork ("Don't worry. I'll handle it. ").

Totally wigged out to go into a drug store during a pandemic and see three employees - including the pharmacist - behind the pharmacy counter without masks. Think I’ll be transferring my prescription to another branch. Not a very comforting image.

I've used this pharmacy for over a year and everytime I have to wait atleast 10 mins and tonight I sat here for over 25 mins to get to the window and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I will be switching pharmacies due to the wait everytime

Last time I went it was great others 2 times always end up waiting at pharmacy when it was called in and suppose to be done hours ago, and sometime the cashiers are not so happy or welcoming

Terrible Customer Service. Also Young Woman was on phone behind counter having an argument with her loved one, wasn't professional at all.
