Dr. Kira Segal is the best doctor. She is a beautiful angel. I am blessed that she is my doctor! I have my tear duct surgery, I was so nervous about my situation and worry about the scar after surgery. Dr. Segal is so caring, professional, knowledgeable and high skill surgeon. My wounds looks so invisible after 10days of my surgery! And I don’t think it will leave a scar on my face! I love Dr Segal and her professional team. The clinic is clean, the staffs are nice and patient!

Dr. Segal carefully listened to me, asked questions, and quickly diagnosed the problem by ordering the rights tests. No other doctors before her were able to pick up on my symptoms. She put me on the right track to treatment. So glad I saw her. Thank you Dr. Segal!

With headache & blurry vision for over a year, as my initial medical concerns, I waited over an hour, was seen less than 10 minutes and no follow up exam, doctor said everything was normal, schedule a check up in 6 month. I was little disappointed that she did not see the need to investigate further with tests so i wont be returning.

I was later seen by 2 other doctors, within NYULangone doctors instead of Weil Cornell. 2 weeks ago, with MRA & MRI, eventually got a proper diagnosis as Thyroid eye disease & a cyst was found, now with a treatment plan. I would recommend NYU Langone network of doctors for sure!

Dr. Segal was extremely efficient knowledgeable and caring. She explained everything clearly and mapped out a course of treatment. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing care of the eye as I did. A 5-Star experience for me.

The smartest, most brilliant, sweetest doctor in the world! I had thyroid eye disease and my eyes were bulging. Dr. Segal did a surgery to lower my eyelids. She made my eyes look normal and I finally feel confident taking photos without sunglasses on!

Dr Segal is exceptional - kind, smart, personable & easy to talk to. I had a problematic surgical procedure out of state - I needed clarity as to what & why things went awry and a fix. She provided both in detail & was right on the money.

Dr. Segal is amazing! I had a basal cell carcinoma on my lower eyelid which was removed with the Mohs technique. Dr. Segal was able to repair this wound, and now 3 months later, you cannot even see a scar. She is a true artist!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Segal’s for a couple of years since being diagnosed with mild Thyroid Eye Disease. From the moment I met her I was interested in having surgery to correct my retracted upper eye lid and puffy, swollen bags under my eyes. Dr. Segal wanted to monitor me for a while prior to committing to surgery explaining that my TED was inactive and that I could potentially see improvement without surgery, specifically for the upper eyelid. I’m so glad she was conservative about this as there was significant improvement in my upper eye lid and no longer needed surgery for this. As she predicted, however, there was no improvement to my under eye lids and we decided to go forth with surgery. Dr. Segal performed my lower lid blepharoplasty over the summer, and I’m thrilled with the results. Dr. Segal was very patient and clear in explaining the entire surgery to me, as well as the recovery process.

The surgery went very well and as planned. I experienced no pain or discomfort during my recovery process. In fact, I even had minimal bruising and swelling. I felt safe, well cared for and in very good hands with Dr. Segal and her surgical team throughout the entire experience and she continued to follow up during my recovery.

Dr. Segal diagnosed my problem in 2 minutes and gave me a prescription that should help. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. The office staff was ok, just average. I arrived with a cane and no one asked me if I needed any assistance. That should be standard for any disabled person. It only takes a minute. My main issue was with the wait time. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early and waited for an hour before I saw Dr. Segal. Whenever there is a delay in a doctors office, the staff should at least tell the patient how much longer it will be. We all have lives and should be given the opportunity to reschedule if necessary

Very professional and attentive to my needs. Could not ask for a better doctor to go to. She is truly the best!
