16 I drive 40 minutes to come to this Kirklands. The staff are all amazing! So helpful & patient & kind.
Especially both managers!
Absolutely terrible customer service! We came from another state to purchase an item, we called in advance to make sure they had it in stock and I specifically asked if it could be opened and inspected before we buy it, because lots of reviews mentioned multiple imperfections and the lady on the phone said that wouldn’t be a problem. Long story short, the display had the defects and we wanted to see another one they had in stock but the guy at the front refused to open the box saying they were closing in 15 minutes, I should mention we got to the store about 25 minutes before closing, he checked if there was the item in stock and then he went to help another customer, so looked like he was intentionally postponing helping us because I told him upfront I wanted to inspect it before buying. That’s a good way to lose customers. Visited 3.19.23 at 5: 35pm.
My wife loves this place, so I give it 4 stars. Me, I just sit outside and wait until it's time to pay LOL, decorating is not my thing.
Today arrived at 10 am.
Store closed, nobody on site!
No way to treat your loyal customers.

Love this place! I had an issue with a mirror but the staff were excellent in handling it. I can’t say enough good things about them! They also helped me load it in my truck!

Do not shop online as the return process is terrible. I am now stuck with a broken and cracked wood side table that was damaged in transit. I could t return via FedEx as there are no large package drop offs by me. I asked if I could use USPS or UPS. Kirklands said no. I asked if they could schedule a pick up. Kirklands said no. They told me to drop it off at the store. Well I live 65 miles from there. Basically they have made returning a damaged item nearly impossible for me.
Ordered a gnome online and it was delivered broken. Sent it back with original paperwork and no refund and didn't send me a new one. Can't get anyone on the phone. Don't order online from them. You won't get a refund if it's damaged.
Very pleased with the level of Customer Service and the variety of merchandise that is available for purchase!
Very cute things here.a bit pricy but if you are looking for something different this is your go-to place
Ordered 4 lamps Nov 4,3 arrived last week, 1 damaged and 1 missing.worst customer service ever! Nov 19 and will take another 2 weeks for missing lamp to be replaced, even though its available at the local store! #neveragain
Unfortunately, the service is awful. The workers were miserable and rude. It was almost like they were annoyed they had to help you. Because of their demeanor, i forgot to use my coupon that i had. I live an hour away so it is not convenient for me to go back to get a price adjustment. I called the store and the manager was rude and miserable as well. The manager must have trained the cashiers! I love kirklands product but i was highly disappointed in the service.
Wealth of items including toys, teas, spices. Clean, well organized, with signs on how to walk the store due to COVID
Great experience! Great selection of home decor. We used the shipped to store option for a full length mirror. One of the employees Isis was very helpful! The mirror did not fit in our car. We were so disappointed driving all the way from Vermont. Isis offered to hold it in the store until we could make other plans. The mirror somehow fit on our second trip back. So thankful for the thoughtful employees! Thank you!
I had a very awful experience while shopping, one of the workers harassad my little girl very nasty and I felt he target me on racial basis, never going back to that store
Called store to get an update on an order I placed. First, was put on hold for 15 mins then hung up on. I thought I was disconnected so I called back and explained myself again to the manager that responded - he was incredibly rude. After explaining the reason for my call, he was silent so I thought I was disconnected again and said "hello? " he sceamed at me telling me that he was getting his computer started to give him a minute. He then screamed at me again when I took more than 5 seconds to retrieve my order number and said he was waiting. This is no way to treat customers, especially after the store just reopened and there is confusion.
