Was in a car going across the GW bridge around 4: 30 pm today- a KJ EMS ambulance, license KJ 135 turned on its lights and siren to illegally get around traffic, but was not responding to an emergency. It hit the car I was in and kept going until it got past the traffic jam, then turned off its lights and siren.
