I just wanted to say thank you to you and Nejat Kiyici for saving my life. If it wasn’t for you guys figuring out what was causing all of my health issues and diagnosing me with a condition that was not very common or well known, anti phospholipid syndrome, I would not had been able to be alive today enjoying my 3 beautiful grandchildren and soon celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary. God always had a plan and brought you and Nejat into my live 27 years ago at sound view health center. My God continue to bless your beautiful family. I will always be in debt to both of you. ️

The doctor is good but the staff has to go. Don’t matter what time is your appointment you will be waiting there for over 2-3 hours. They work very slow and the front desk receptionist needs more training on customer service. She never answers the phone even if you left messages and the co pay is never asked so you will receive the bill in the mail. And if you are like me that you hate bills and like for it to payed at the front desk. They only take cash that’s one and they don’t bother asking you if you want to pay or not. When people come in she literally acts like she don’t see them or greet them until u say something. So unprofessional that staff needs training or placed with a new staff. The doctor will loose people because of her staff sad to say

I was recommended this doctor by a family member and I was really disappointed with the care I received. She was rushing and I didn't feel like she was listening to me at all. I gave her a sheet of referral I need since I haven't been to a doctor in over a year due to the pandemic and she completely ignored my request. The staff here is horrible. Also good luck with call to get an appointment or to speak with someone because the phone will just ring and ring with no answer.
