Kless Boys Collision, Repair & Towing, Delevan NY

I had a pretty good experience with Kless boys while selling and buying a vehicle.
I was made aware by the car fax it was in an accident. I was told EVERYTHING was replaced with OEM new parts and done 100% correct.

Unfortunately 15k miles (50k total) later after purchasing I needed a new transmission.
Most frustrating part is not even a year later I started getting paint chipping and hairline cracks.
Now I’ve got multiple spots where you can see bondo cracks from the
“OEM new parts they used”
A bit annoying after spending 40k on the truck.

They were friendly “as most are when making a sale”
I had a great experiencing through the buying process and trading in my other vehicle. However I would be cautious on trusting what they say if any work was done.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my car, so I could transport my kayak with my small haul master. The staff at Kless Boys, Delevan, N. Y, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the hitch; and, the service was very professional, efficient and fairly priced. I trust this business completely and would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Brought my jeep in for collision work after getting into an accident in February. Matt in service has been nothing short of amazing. Always kept me up to date with what was going on. There was a few things after picking up that needed to be fixed but Matt went above and made sure it was fixed.

They have a lot of nice old classics you can see, they are very helpful

Really friendly staff. After a deer ran in front of my son's car they did everything needed so he could still drive it safely until his appointment about 6 weeks later. A fun showroom to walk around and look at the cars on display.

Great guys and service. Nobody is cheap on car repairs so I am glad whatever they can save me and they fix it right.

Got my car fixed there. EVERYONE was great. Very professional. Job done real quick too. Will definitely go there again if need be.
