3From the moment I walked in, it felt peaceful. I walked downstairs and entered Knotty Loc Lab and was greeted by the most amazing scents and a welcoming greeting. Vanessa did my retwist. The shampoo felt smooth and soothing. The wash felt thorough and almost put me to sleep. My retwist was so great that I didn’t even mind sitting under the dryer after it was done (I hate the dryer). Then Vanessa gave me a style and she was so delicate and precise…and the scented oil options are way too good I didn’t know which one I wanted (I wanted them all). So now that means I must go back. Love this place and so glad I found it. Thank you Vanessa. I’m gonna tell everyone I know
I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this establishment. Great location and very comfortable environment. The staff was professional. My loctitian Akhu was amazing. This was unlike any loc styling experience I've had in the past. She was very knowledgeable and catered to my specific loc health needs. I will definitely be returning here in future for all my styling needs!
