I purchased a vehicle at Koeppel and worked with Jan Carlos Morillo (JC). I was extremely nervous going into this unknown territory. JC explained everything from beginning to finish. He was extremely patient and professional. He made my experience relatively easy and worked out whatever hiccups along the way. He was even nice enough to set up my Bluetooth:) If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle do not hesitate to contact JC at Koeppel he will not disappoint. The best Hyundai dealers I ever went especially if u want a sales guy u need to see Ahmed because he will treat u like a king he will work with u the best he can. His boss which is the sales manager Besik he will give u the best bargain in the market. I will definitely recommend my friends and my family members to go see them too but please remember to go there extremely early because it’s extremely busy u will stay there for at least 5 hours.

The service center is awful. We have had multiple bad experiences, including being the car in for a flat tire change, was told it would be ready the same day, 2 days later still no call. Then I’m told “oh it’s ready. ” We get there, they bring the car out and the temporary tire is still on! Recently, we have been trying to get a standard service appointment and nothing is available for weeks. We went to another auto shop for an oil change and were told we need brakes and a new tire. Again, no appointments available but are told we can bring the car in as emergency. We bring the car in and are immediately turned away but an extremely rude manager, that didn’t even speak with me just barked out an order at the staff and walked inside. We will NEVER take our car back for service or buy another car from this dealership.

I would give this places NO STARS This place is the worst car dealership I ever been to they will have you waiting 3 hours and more they are Unprofessional unorganized and you will never be able to get in contact with a manager and they switch prices if you get a manager name lulu run for the hills she has the worst customer service. And never leave any type of deposit YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MOMEY BACK AT ALL!

The worst dealers ever.they sold me a car that I came I a factory issue and the new answer that they gave me is that there is no one in that shop that can fix mi car yet and it have almost 1 year and can’t fix it. Also they limit my car to 80% of capacity so what I would say to Hyundai.how about if I just pay you 80% of the car?

I cannot come up with all the words to express how wonderful Ahmed was. He is a kind, and respectful gentleman. In all my years buying, selling and now leasing cars have I ever come across anyone who I felt was truly looking out for me. The process of getting a new car is always exhausting, and nerve-racking, but Ahmed constantly reassured me that everything was going well, and I would be happy at the end. And he was right.
I have to also mention that the finance manager, Peter, was also the most pleasant person to deal with.

I have been a customer since 2002. I just financed a 2022 Palisade. Ahmed is a great salesperson, very personable and has a great sense of humor. He is no nonsense, has extensive knowledge and really works with you to make sure you’re satisfied. He’s an asset to Koeppel Hyundai. I highly recommend him if you’re planning a trip. I also want to thank the sales manager, Besik who also made sure I was satisfied. He really is a good guy and made my lease return very easy. Peter, the finance manager was also very helpful and insightful. I’m really glad this place is Koeppel again after years of being LIC Hyundai. It seems like everything is running better than it was and I’m glad to be a customer again.

Just got a lease through Hyundai, Sam treated us like family and always had our best interest in mind. Let us drive multiple cars and was very helpful through out the entire process with explaining every feature. Best service I've ever had at a car dealership. He also worked with us to get a great deal in this hectic market. Excellent experience overall, ask for Sam!

As soon as we walked in we where greeted with a HUGE SMILE from Ahmet. He sat with us and asked what we wanted and how he could help us. Explained everything, took us on a drive and made the experience very comfortable. No pressure at all, he was reasuring and made sure we got the best deal. He really works for you and even runs a little so you can have what you want as fast as possible. Plus he made sure we where hydrated in this heat. So aks for him by name, he is a GREAT GUY! Also the rest of the staff is really nice and helpfull as well.

I'm not going to lie, I used to dread taking my car here. The old management team was not pleasant and things took way too long to be fix. The new management team, which has started in the past two years, has been INCREDIBLE. They're just overall nice and down to earth people. I want to give a special shout out to Christopher Dunn, who has always been courteous, professional, and honest. Morever, the turn around time has improved tremendously. In the past an oil change would take 4-5 hrs. Things are MUCH MUCH faster now. I would recommend taking one's car here for servicing.

LIC Hyundai is the place to go especially if you have a Hyundai Vehicle. If you bought yours there, definitely go there for you servicing and needs.

I made an appointment with Gregory Diebold at 4: 30 PM on 8/22/2021.
Guess what happened? They emailed me saying "The dealership may be closing early today" right before my appointment. I called them right away after I read this email.it was around 3: 45 PM. They never picked up the phone. The worst part was that this sales person knew that i was coming from New Jersey, but he still decided to cancel it without early notification.

I even emailed him the day before my appointment to confirm it, and he replied back to me with the detailed confirmation. However, he still decided to just go home before my appointment. This is very rude and unprofessional. I guess they have sold enough cars that they can just stand people up. This is very disrespectful.

If this is how Koeppel Hyundai treats customers, try your best to avoid this dealership. There is no professionalism here. Thank you so much for wasting my time. I will never want to buy or lease cars from you.

One of the worst experiences in customer service I've ever had.

I made a reservation for a test drive. We were ignored for about 15 minutes upon arrival and when we finally had a chance to talk to someone they did not know we had a reservation. The dealership was almost empty and there were about 5 employees on site.

They said our car would be ready in 15 minutes but after an 1 hour+ of us waiting I had to approach one of the people there. Somehow the test drive car had arrived but no one informed us. They did not apologize for the wait and told us to go across the street to wait by the car. Again, we stood next to the car for minutes and no one came.

We went back in and once again we were ignored. That's when we decided to leave.

Here I go again! I returned my leased 2017 Pearl White Santa Fe Sport after 2 years. I loved my Santa Fe so much that I got another one. This time more daring 2019. Santa Fe HTRAC in red.with black interior and a front grill to die for.
As always a pleasure to “Go Hyundai” everything was a breeze. I had my car in no
time. I paid nothing that usually one pays when returning a vehicle. I feel in love with a show room vehicle and they took it right off the floor for me.
Thank you to Victor Diaz and his Associate who mad the transaction smooth.
That Drivers Assistance is unbelievable.
By the way. With the 2017 in the 2 years I had no mechanical problems.no
Other types of problems.no accidents.nothing. I took my vehicle for oil changes and inspections and was always satisfied.

I went to 3 different dealers before I went here. Lulu the manager was amazing as was Ali who helped us. Wouldn't bother to go anywhere else!
