Kohl's, Yonkers NY

I was looking to purchase long underwear and socks for a charitable donation to help keep those in need warm this winter. I was able to easily find what I was looking for with the help of your excellent sales staff. Check-out staff was most helpful too!

The store had great stock of merchandise for my husband, slim fit shirts and skinny jeans which he needs since he lost weight. I was able to find clothes for my grandson. He likes name brand and there were no discounts but a very nice selection

Kohl's is a role model department store. Their sales persons, cashiers & managers
create a welcoming environment for we customers. The staff is gracious & ready to assist shoppers with questions or provide options related to the shopping event. The diversity of
merchandise is appealing & the discounts rewarding. Kohl's gives blue ribbon performance.

Yonkers store is great, not a super store and easy enough to get around. The shelves are full and the associates are friendly and efficient

This is one of my go to places I can actually find clothes I like. Sometimes a little expensive for me, but there is always a sale going on.

I come here primarily to do my Amazon returns however I often wind up taking advantage of the five dollar coupon given with your return. The staff is always so so kind, literally some of the nicest retail employees you will meet. Erika has personally helped me many times in the past including learning how to work the Kohl's cash reward system. If you learn it you can get great savings combining promo codes with their extensive clearance section. They always have great sales. Over the last few years Kohl's in Yonkers has become my favorite department store, much better than Macy's or any of the shops in Cross County to be frank. I wrote this specifically for the Kohl's amazon return crew in the back for always being so patient with me. Thanks to you all!

Always have a great experience when shopping here. The place is always clean and organized. The cashiers/employees are very friendly and helpful. Took one star off because I usually find one item with the security tag still on when I arrive home. Note: I did not hear the security alarm go off.

Yonkers store is stocked and festive. Go late and have the store to yourself. Good buys to be found. Enjoy!

Honestly, this is not my favorite store. Unfortunately, there aren't many choices for a store like this. They do have a wide selection of products, which tend to be overpriced, in my opinion. It's also important to check what you're buying to make sure that it is what it's supposed to be as many packages are opened. There was a long line for the cash registers, but it moved relatively quickly. All in all, I'd rather buy online.

I found great gifts the line was long but it took no time to paid I was happy not to be waiting a long time

I love kohls and the sale was great but they removed registers on one side of the store and the line to pay was literally wrapped around to the back of the store! If you know it’s the busiest time of the year maybe make some different provisions to move people along faster.

Not the best shopping experience I've ever had. Had to return an item bought online. Didn't realize returns were all the way in the back and spent more time waiting on line than actual shopping. Selections were scarce. Nothing was available. Don't think I will ever shop there again. Online or I'm store.

One of the nastiest experiences I have had with customer service. The salesperson at the return register made sure she was loud so that I could hear her from the distance, screaming ‘I just want that … out of my face! ’ I don’t have time to argue with miserable people and chose to do what I came to do instead of arguing. She can keep her anger and talk to her nasty self instead. I hope she gets fired and learns her lesson!
P.s. Salespeople leaving their own reviews about how good they are is just hilarious!

Goooood prices and special attention by their associate Rosalyn. She helped my mother in every issue she needed - never seen before in any store. Thankfulness!

This Khols was very good and not crowded. The young lady at the Register was very nice and helpful.
