Not initially clear where to go for Amazon returns unless you ask someone or just happen to know that it's tucked away in the back.

Otherwise, everything was relatively pain-free.

Very nice they take the Amazon returns with a code. Plus they give you a 25% off coupon for purchases made in the store.

All employees were helpful except the cashier was a less than educated person. He caused me to walk out he was so stupid and so high he couldnt do anything just plain stupid. Its gonna be online instead of the store or just go through amazon all together

Nice quiet, pretty empty store. Just the selection of items, wasn't the greatest, couldn't find a men's sweater which I would wear.

Great discounts especially with Kohls cash. Only critique is that they closed the right entryway for no reason. If they are trying to follow covid guidelines it doesnt really make sense to have people entering and exiting from the same doorway. Why not use both doorways and have one serve as an entrance and the other as an exit, considering the only registers being used are next to a doorway already? It would be a better flow of traffic and less congestion.

It's Kohl's. They're all the same: Shelves that look like they've been through the war and then that wonderful feeling when you realize you've forgotten the stupid coupon.

Great variety of items, just wish they carried more Junior jeans that are BootCut. Too many Leggings and not enough BootCut.

Found what I have been looking for! Forgot about 15% senior discount on Wednesday so I saved 65% on the item!

For my budget some things are a little pricey but I love that you can get name brand for cheaper and earn Kohl's bucks

Good deals, mostly nice cashiers, but some of guest service people are rude and condescending af.

I like Kohl's, LOVE the clothes, they are a little pricey for me so I wait for the sales a lot of the times lol. Their sales are great! But overall, Kohl's is awesome, I would recommend!

Not a very nice one. Where am I to get 15% off it one take on my phone for some reason so told the girl and she said well can help me so I gave her my $5 rewards card she said I already used it 2 weeks ago I said I just got it in the mail how could I have used to I know I used to one few weeks ago, But why would they send me another one she said I'm sorry I can't help you I have to go by what the register says. Store is really going downhill in my book sadly I like the store.

They normally have decent clearance sales here and Kohl's offers a very good rewards program. I've had nothing but Pleasant experiences here with the staff. This stores selection of perfumes and colognes has seemed dwindle over the past few years. If they do not have the items that you were looking for in store then you can order them online and pick them up at this location.
