Not great, packet ramen noodles, and the fried chicken isnt flavourful at all. Everytime I come here I'm dissapointed. They do give better portion sizes than before but I cant recommend this place at all. Everything I ate felt it came from a package.

Rather mediocre- regarding the bi bim bap that I got as well as the beef tofu soup that Nat got, both of which we would describe as bare bones in terms of quantity and quality. No ban Chan came with the meal either. Perhaps they benefit from the lack of competition in this area.

My go to lunch special Korean place. They have a lunch special for 13.05 I believe it is. It's a steal for the food you get. I recommend highly. I always go here.

I was here today for lunch with one of my friend, food was ok but I was so disappointed when the stupid stuff the cashier lady did so much misbehave. After our meal I went to the bathroom keeping my coke in the table so I can drink after I come, but mistakenly some cleaner guy took all the plate and glass along with the coke, when I came back and ask the cashier right in front of my table she was so rude, saying he took it if I need coke again I have to buy, coke for a dollar is not a matter but I told see it’s not my fault, you guys should ask before taking it from the table but they don’t know minimum customer service and start fighting in front of all customers and made a big deal, I was so disappointed how a place in the city hire such a bad sales stuff, really stupid

This is our go to place for a quick take out. We love Korean chicken wings and bulgogi over rice and especially their French fries- crispy and light.
Service is always too notch - quick and generous- always include extra little sides with every order. We are big fans of spicy turnip and kimchi sides:)
Will keep coming back for sure!

The kimchi stew is the single most important soup of my life (& I don’t even like soup)

Korean Express is a great lunch time spot if you work in the city, sometimes it’s crazy packed so call in advance if you have a short break. The food is always good and fresh. The kimchi fried rice might be the best thing they have there. The wings are super crispy and juicy. You also can’t beat their lunch special $13 for a good portion of food. Only thing is if you get French fries they don’t have ketchup not a deal breaker for me tho

Great food and fantastic location (just outside the Lex/63rd station). A bit pricy but well worth it. I always get the raboki when I'm here.

We were surprised at how affordable and good the food is at Korean Express. For their location, we expected the food to be a bit pricey but it's not. We spent a few hours exploring Central Park and my Korean husband was tired of eating American food already. I saw this on Google and checked it out.

My husband liked their kimchi-jjigae. I had the bulgogi with tteokbokki and japchae side dishes and I also enjoyed it. The service is fast. The place is clean especially their bathroom!

It was decently priced and a great place for home-style Korean food. I got the kimchi fried rice with spicy pork and it came with pickled radish and kimchi. It was really delicious and satisfied my craving for Korean food.

Great place for take out and dining in. If you’re ordering the bibimbap, definitely recommend eating it at the restaurant with the stone bowl!

I love this place! All the stuff is pleasant and fast. But most importantly all their soups and stews are amazing, full of flavor! Kimchi and dumplings super tasty. Thank you!

Fast service, good prices, good food, and generous portions. Just what the name of this place promises. We had the combo Bulgogi and chicken with steamed rice plus chicken Udon. Got lots of beef and chicken in my combo. The soup stock was very tasty. Perfect for a quick meal on the run.

My first time here, during my lunch break. But I have been expected more from this place. Under an average quality of asian food.
I had bulgogi ramen and a spicy pork over rice. The first one was tasteless and the flavor was like from a cup-noodle. The second one was bland, with cold rice, a food truck quality of food. A great dissapoitment. I did not finish it, although I was hungry.
Probably I picked the wrong items, since most of people were eating sushi (in the restaurant with a korean cuisine? !? !).
And they are not so cheap.

I have to give it 4 stars simply because the portions are too small. I am not a big guy by any means, but a single main is def not enough for me.other than that, i have to say the food is great and quite authentic.

Really cheap and affordable quick Korean food on Lexington Avenue. I had the Lunch Special which is 11.95 and runs from 11-3 during the week. I got the spicy pork with Korean fried chicken. It was very flavorful. They also will ask if you want sides (kimchi and radish), which is nice. Also located a few blocks away from Hunter College so any students and faculty who want some quick lunch should come here. Would def recommend.

Cheap food and fast, but it didn't taste good to me. The tofu was especially pretty bad. Lunch takeout
