She is a true professional with amazing skill for putting you at ease and doing wonders with your face/eyebrows especially when you are going through a difficult journey. I've been battling with breast cancer. Due to chemo treatments, I have lost my hair. I am someone who does meticulous research before I go into something. I was willing to pay a thousands of dollars for microblading knowing how difficult it is to create natural looking brows on bare skin without any hair. One thing if you have any hair left. I was led to Lily through word of mouth. I loved how she offers Madison avenue quality services at the half of price. Honestly, I felt so much more comfortable and welcome at her place. She asked me questions that other places didn't care to ask- if I have any allergies or keloids scarring. When Lily showed me when brows were done, I cried. I referred other cancer patients from my support group. She really changed our lives. We wanted to do something nice for her so we all signed a thank you card, and asked our wealthy family friends to make a donation so Lily can continue her work! She needs to be valued for her work. I had old tattoo work that turned a red/orange color. Lily was honest from the beginning and told me that it’ll take at least 2-3 sessions, 6 weeks apart, to color-correct my brows. I was ecstatic after the first session but the pigment didn’t stick. I was feeling discouraged. However, Lily assured me to be patient and stick through with the other two sessions. Voila! I got the brows I’ve been dreaming of. I feel so confident now when I wake up. I don’t have to spend 20 minutes on my brows anymore. Thank you, Lily!
