The owner must be too greedy.
Mostly busy this restaurant
But everytime I go so many ppl waiting for pick up n deliveries
As a delivery guy if we wait more than 20mins we waisted much time n can't make money.
If u can't Handel both focus on dining, hire more staff, or shut device off
Sorry for delivery guys n staffs
They always running back n forth.
Really bad service.

Some of the freshest sushi I've ever had. The place was packed upon arrival. There were a lit of celebrations happening but to be hidden away in the corner of a strip mall, does not do this place justice. Absolutely amazing! I will be back.

Been eating here with my family for over 15 years but today was throughly disrespected and disappointed by manager, King. Upon arrival, I ordered for my party and I and before they punched in the order I asked to change something and King was extremely hostile and un accommodating. My Mom tried to order their Kani salad and they brought out the wrong thing and tried to gaslight us that we were the ones wrong. Tried to check on one of our appetizers they were hostile, to the point where I couldn’t even ask him a question. This is not how you treat customers that have been around for a LONG time. Can find better service in restaurants in the Bronx and that should tell you something.

I’ve been going to the Kotobuki in Babylon since the late ‘90s. When I lived in Manhattan, I was extremely happy there was one close to me and would go quite regularly.
Last night, we ate at the Roslyn Kotobuki. It was good. Got the crispy rice for an appetizer and the crazy tuna roll. They are both a must when I eat there. Sooo good.
We got a few other things but those two are the standouts.
I’m subtracting a star because the Babylon and Manhattan Kotobukis have stellar service. Plates are cleared away and water are topped up within seconds. Last night, at Roslyn, the service lagged and I’m not sure why. There were numerous wait staff but plates were left at our table and new diners had to wait to be seated. To be fair, it was quite busy but I feel like Kotobuki is always busy so that’s not an excuse. Also, I asked for green tea and was told they were out…
Anyway, Kotobuki excels in their food.

Worst sushi and sashimi place I ever have. I wish I can give 0 star. And I waited almost an hour to get my food to come. They are not using sushi rice and sashimi are not fresh at all, Tasted very fishy. Never go to this place. Tempura tasted bad too.they put lots of flour around the shrimp to deep fried, same with soft crabs. Totally not recommend to go there to eat.you don’t want pay expensive price and eat trash food.

Unbelievable sushi restaurant. It was not a sushi boat but a sushi Island! Pieces were very fresh and they also had some very innovative and delicious rolls. Highly recommended!

Sushi was mid at premium price. There was 30+ Flys over the sushi bar all over everyone's food. Service was slow and not attentive.

Really 3.5 stars. The sushi was good and reasonably priced, but went on a Sunday they were out of a lot of things (Japanese soda, Toro, Uni, ginger ice cream). Also took almost an hour to get our main entrées after ordering. Food = 4 stars, but subtracting half a star for service.

This is my new favorite place to eat. Love the appetizer menu the rock shrimp and the k mac sliders are awesome tried à unch of rolls mainlevée with tuna and it taste fresh and the salad with tuna and this spicy dressing was excellent. Overall I really like this place authentic japanese cozy little tables and great food and the noodles they give u to start are really good.

The food tastes good, although. The sauce on the Chilean sea bass was a bit sweeter than I liked.
The Hamachi kama is good.

The service is acceptable.
The pace in which the food came out was good.

The food presentation is rather lacking.
The rolls were not cut evenly.
The placement of the rolls were all on one side with a big empty space on part of the plate.we ordered 4 different rolls.

Solid sushi spot for lunch, not super crowded. I had the sushi lunch special both the sushi and the salmon rolls were excellent. I am not a fan of California rolls so I was happy when the allowed me to substitute free of charge. The fish was fresh and you tell it was good quality sushi. Will be coming back!
