The store has high-quality hats, however, the customer service is poor. I was made to wait for over an hour to be assisted, and the sales lady ignored me in favor of helping customers who arrived after me, despite the fact that she had a crush on them. My requests for assistance were completely ignored

They think they own the world Because they don’t have competition, They treat you like garbage, And keep on raising the prices

Superb quality. I thought it was expensive at first. After wearing the hats for a few years, I realised these are made out of great material. Was well worth the trip to NY to get it

Extremely nice and polite helping customers. It was a pleasure to shop there. But the price is very expensive.

Not just me but I’ve seen how customers are treated and it’s a shame how bad they are with service, second pricing is sky high but you get good quality for that still very expensive

I was impressed. Service improved a lot since I was there 2 years ago. We will have to wait and see if the quality of the hats wasn't compromised. I hope that the quality started the same.

Way to expensive. They only reason they charge you that money is because there is no competition.it's a shame

Best hats in town, very busy place, staff attitude could be better, price is outrageously expansive.

It’s a nice store friendly service thy try to get you out of the store as quick and fast possible

It’s on 13th ave so parking isn’t the best but not to hard to find parking
