This is the second time I have bought an apartment in NYC (although first time with Josue and team) and never knew that buying an apartment in NYC could be pleasant and actually fun and not stressful. He was extremely responsive (responding to my texts at all hours of the evening), took videos of apartments when I was remote while facetiming me, was extremely honest about his assessments, gave excellent sage advice, and made sure to communicate all relevant info to me during a process that can sometimes feel opaque where you really need someone who is trustworthy and honest. I don't think you could find a more solid, professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable person to work with. Importantly, Josue knows how to execute and close the loop.
