Dont waste your time calling ahead to place an order. They wont prepare it until you show up for pick up then you have to wait 15 minutes before it is ready.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant a few times and each time the staff attitudes have been consistent in having very bad attitudes! I wouldn’t recommend the food as well. The first time the food was edible but not fresh good Haitian food as I know it to be! Nothing taste fresh The griot was under season hard and dry. My last draw that stop me from going to this restaurant (no matter how convenient it was) I ordered the legume with crab and the crab was spoiled smell like ammonia. I throw the whole plate away and haven’t returned.

I wish I could rate the food and place differently. I got the pwason Gros sel with white rice. That was 1 of the best fish I had in a restaurant in a very long time. The fish was perfect and the rice was amazing. They even gave me boiled plantain. The only problem.she forgot my sos pwa. And guess what she only charged me $15. I think it was a mistake.

Now as far as the place I would give them 3 stars. They had some stuff in the seating area like it was storage. The swinging door for the workers to go in and out was broken. And they had a big sign on the bathroom door that said out of service. So I don't think thaya sanitary for a restaurant but maybe they just don't want outsiders coming to use the bathroom. There was a sign that said not a public restroom

This place is horrible. I called about the griot. It was veryyyyy salty (uneatable) I called the owner she said “ I don’t eat griot, I don’t know” overprice and horrible. You should see the full plate of rice I got for 24

Terrible service: They made my Dasher wait for no reason, and eventually handed him a prepackaged bag of food that had been sitting on the counter. Food is prepared by people (who in my opinion) will not be eating it themselves. Looking for good Haitian food? There are better options.

Definitely need to change the lady server. Very bad for business. Very unpleasant, unprofessional, and angry. I would not go back there.

I've been here several times to buy food and each time is a different awful experience. The employees ONLY speak creole and if you're not Haitian and can't speak, they make jest of you. On the second time, I ordered fried goat, paid for it and even tipped. I walked 15mins back to work on a Sunday evening and staring at me from the plate was fried turkey. 3rd occasion, I was given dry rice without gravy but heaven knows I'll not be coming back here nor recommend them to anyone.

I bought corn meal and legumes.corn meal hard like a rock and I bought an order of chicken wings.chicken has no taste.i thought I was buying Haitian foods

I ordered fried and Taso Fritaile from this place yesterday and I was extremely disappointed. I literally felt sick to my stomach. The seasoning was not there, the food taste like it was sitting around for a couple of days and Salty at that. I couldn’t finish my plate. Last I ordered there was a year ago and it was rice and beans I had, the food was good then. I am not sure if it’s new workers they have now or new management, but the Fritaile needs a redo.
I will give it another chance by trying another meal because I’ve ordered from this place quite a bit last year.

I bought a Fritaille tassot on this restaurant was amazing I enjoyed every pieces of it. Keep the good job guys ️️️️️

Horrible! They mess up your order give you what they want, they’re attitude is lacking the courtesy one would merit as a patron. Their aggressive stance leaves little to the imagination as to what their serving you. Food is greasy and I found a staple in my last order. Don’t walk away from this particular location,

Customer service is bad, no courtesy. People working there seem like they don’t wanna be there. Place accepts cash only. The food was not that great except the Lasagna that was tasty. I wouldn’t revisit.

If you do not speak creole don’t even bother coming here! I am a African American black woman and felt so uncomfortable because the workers expected me to order my food in creole like everybody else in the restaurant was doing but I do not know Creole. When I was told my total in creole and did not understand it I was laughed at the register. They food is amazing but not worth the uncomfortable experience last time going here

Most Haitians look forward to eating Soup Joumou (Pumpkin Soup) for the first day of the year to celebrate a part of our history. And so when I started to consume the soups I bought from this location I was disappointed. The consistency wasn’t as thick as I was used too nor was the taste that great. I bought some for me & a friend who wasn’t Haitian and she wasn’t thrilled about it either. At $10 a container you guys should include more solid meat and work on a better quality.

I ordered ahead went to pick after an hour the order was not placed poor customer service I will nit recommend this restaurant

I don't even write reviews but I just had to with this one. Their Customer servic- scratch that they have no customer service. Bad attitudes every time, I just don't understand if you don’t want to work then don’t come to work! Its nobody’s fault that you have to work to get money. Only 2 stars because food is good, but I could've went to taste of city where the food is BETTER & they actually make sure everything is good. A shame because I love for these Caribbean spots but I rather go where I don't have to match negative energy when I come In there.

Plus food is never ready.you have to wait 40mins for something to be prepared? Shouldn’t it be prepared before you open store to the public?

Horrible service. The servers have attitudes like they don't even appreciate their jobs. This was my first time and probably the last. I admire service and quality hand in glove. So the attitude level is on GORDON RAMSEY, yet the food was Bodega quality. I ordered a Fried Pork Large Complete Platter and I Got mostly skin and inedible parts, veins, gristle, etc. I included pictures. Even the pepper sauce was spoiled, all they had to do was keep that refrigerated. It is purely my fault, I did see mixed reviews about the place, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Epic waste of time, money, and the food isn't worth the frustration of not only having to order with the rude staff, but getting mediocre portions of the Main Protein. Hopefully management reads this and fixes something, or they will lose return patronage.

The food is soooooooo good. Now if only the people there wouldn't be less rude. I was insulted in a different language that they didn't know I spoke on 2 different occasions and one with my mother present. They don't care about customer service only about how much food you get. I only come because of how good their food is but, the attitude isn't worth it.

Sake Passé. This establishment catered My Mother’s Day Dinner. Fresh Authentic Haitian Cuisine on Flatbush Ave and Ave J. Well seasoned dishes and nice portions. My advise is to walk in and see what is good.early.
