Krispy Krunchy Chicken, Ithaca NY

This was worth my 2 day drive from Wisconsin. Best chicken I've ever had. I'll be back to try the biscuits as someone bought all of them just before I arrived. Don't be a stupid cluck, cross that road and get to the other side. What awaits is a Krispy Krunchy oasis of Cajun spiced chicken.

The chicken tenders and fries here have no business being as freakishly good as they are.

As usual, every good thing in Ithaca has to get ruined! Been routinely buy here for years, 8 or 12pc (just chicken) all dark.luv it! Well they had to go change their menu making it unavailable. Have to buy a meal and has to be all mixed chicken. Or 4pc for $9! PASS! You have lost this long time customer and probably more.

Normally I'm a huge fan of Krispy krunchy Chicken I eat it at least once a month I typically go in during the day tonight I went in around 9: 00 an hour before they close you would like to think that the food that they're selling an hour before they close is still at least hot enough to serve that was not the case this evening I didn't realize until I got it home that it was quite cold I stuck a temp probe in it and it only read 105°you are required to hold food at 141° or higher prevent the growth of foodborne pathogens I'm currently reheating it at home but I'm really considering throwing it away because I have no idea how long it's been in the temperature danger zone I am less than impressed.

Chicken wasn't the best the only good thing was the skin Mac and cheese has zero flavoring doesn't even taste like cheese mashed potatoes are only good until you run out of gravy then it's completely plain the french fries are absolutely discussing and completely dry to the mouth prices are out of this world for food that isn't even good don't waste your money here.

This is an inexpensive and delicious hidden gem. Loved the hot and crispy chicken and buttery biscuit. I had to wait a few minutes for it, but it was totally worth it.

You can go to any business and they’ll tell you they have the best of whatever it is that they make, but when it comes to this restaurant, it’s nothing but the truth. Not only will the staff explain how amazing the chicken is in comparison to its predecessors, but so will the customers. They quite literally have the best chicken in the entire city of Ithaca. It’s not a joke and everyone who is legitimately local knows this to be a fact.

Not only do you get the best chicken around here, but you get it with immaculate customer service. The staff is so devoted to their jobs and very personable. The lady that works the kitchen knows her way around that kitchen better than any other and she will always make sure you’re taken care of.

Anyone would be crazy not to give this chicken a shot. Step aside KFC…
