Dr. Hull is amazing. I was almost in tears at how heard and supported I felt by her. Unfortunately, good health care professionals can be hard to find but I'm so happy I was able to find her! If you need an Endocrinologist she's your gal!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hull's for many years now. She is knowledgeable, personable, and overall I feel comfortable with her. One of her nurses (Fran, I believe) is excellent. I have mixed feelings about the larger Crystal Run complex/Middletown office, however. I have had consistent trouble with records being sent, lab results shared with with my primary (I used to just fax copies from my own mailed records myself), and occasionally with call backs, and portal responses (most recently).

The nurse I spoke with this week was professional but misunderstood a couple of my questions, and did not seem to care that I never heard back from anyone over the portal regarding a wrong dosage on one of my medications from many months ago. The office is a long drive for me considering the time I spend in the actual appointment, though I will be trying telehealth soon as an alternative. I hope to maintain my relationship with a doctor I trust unless these other issues persist.

UPDATE: The office mis-scheduled my online appointment, and I was stuck emailing, calling, etc.to try and figure out what happened. Dr. Hull kindly called me back and said she would fit in another meeting if I could do so today. She apologized as the nurse double booked her and gave me the wrong appointment time. I am glad it worked out but it was frustrating, as is typical of issues with the office. I would not stay here if she were not a such good doctor and professional presence and will hope the next online appointment goes smoothly without preventable errors.

I went to see her because my new Primary care Dr sent me. She seemed nice but not very knowledgeable just like all other endocrinologists I have seen. She said to reduce my natural dessicated thyroid medication to 180 mg and to take Metformin XR to help me lose weight! Haha! I only took one pill and had diarrhea for 10 days straight and felt like I was going to drop dead any moment because of the overwhelming extreme fatigue. She might seem nice and might fake listen to you but don't be fooled; She's married to Pharma just like all the freaking doctors these days.

Not a good doctor nor thorough. Just looks at her laptop, never examined me, just went by blood test results and did not listen to how I felt. I was stable till she wrecked havoc with my medication and my thyroid levels were all off again. Then I saw a different dr in her practice who also has no personality, did not ask how I was feeling, just looked at her laptop. Very unprofessional these 2 are and not worth wasting the 5 minutes they only spent each time in the room.

Rushed out the office. Prescribed medication but still have yet to receive it over 8 weeks later. I’ve called crystal run many times and been told they were handling the situation. Would not recommend. Go to an office that actually cares about patients.

I have mixed feelings about Dr. Hull and her Crystal Run office in Manhattan (155 East 76th St.). Her in-person care was great - she seemed friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Afterwards, however, she never responded to a simple follow-up medical question I had.over the span of a couple of months, I emailed her that question twice through the office's portal and left a couple of phone messages, before one of her assistants finally responded, although it would have been nice to confirm with the doctor personally.
