Krossber Brothers Pool and Spa, Farmington NY

We heard about Krossber Brothers when we bought a home with a pool and the previous owner highly recommended we use their services. They are fantastic! Super accommodating, knowledgeable with incredible customer service. Today Ian and Tim showed up to open our pool and install our new salt system. They were quick and efficient. Ian went above and beyond to explain how it works and how to maintain the new system AND also gave us tons of helpful information about maintaining our pool and all its components (First time pool owners) Very appreciative of all the extra time and information I received today. My husband and I purchased a spa from Krossber Brothers a few years ago. We have been nothing but pleased with the company. Their customer service is prompt and always helpful. We are extremely glad we found them. Mike and the rest of the staff go above and beyond for their customers.

These guy are great have done extensive research before buying a hot tub and went to 5 different places and with talking with Chad gave me more knowledge on the spas. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone for sure

As first time hot tub owners, we have found the customer service at Krossber to be exceptional, from purchasing and installation to patiently answering our many maintenance questions as we learned how to balance the water. When we had an unexpected problem after a year of flawless operation, the folks at Krossber walked us through some troubleshooting steps. When those solutions failed to resolve the issue, they made the trip to our home and fixed the issue quickly and professionally within 24 hours of the first call. All local businesses should strive to have customer service like Krossber's, and we would absolutely recommend doing business with them any time. 5 stars

I woke up this morning to my hot tub not heating. I was referred to Krossber via Facebook. Sent them a message to see if they could send a technician asap (winter storm was coming in just a few hours) & the gentleman immediately messaged me back and called me to walk me through troubleshooting. He saved me a service call & got my hot tub running perfect. Can’t thank them enough. Would recommend/call again for any of my future spa troubles!

This is a great company that stands behind their products and makes sure everything goes smoothly after the sale. A great choice for customers that are new to hot tubs as well. They go out of the way to make sure everything is explained and easy to understand. I highly recommend!

They have been maintaining my pool for a few years now and have done a fantastic job! I have not had to touch chemicals, or vacuum it at all. The water is spotless and they are very punctual. The service has been so good I have also purchased a hot tub from them.

I have dealt with Krossber pool and spas for years. I would only recommend them if you were looking for a pool, spa or any kind of services for them. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Mike my go to guy! But everyone there is great

These guys did a great job cleaning my hot tub, they definitely went above and beyond. I didn’t know anything about maintaining a hot tub and they even offered to send me instructions on how to maintain and keep it in perfect conditions. Highly recommended!

Krossber installed a liner for us 4 years ago. When I entered the pool, sharp rocks could be felt all over the pool. The installer came to look at it and told me "it would have been more expensive to do it the right way" assuming we couldn't afford/wouldn't pay it. 4 years later it is springing leaks and costing me money. When i called they sent the same guy out and basically said it would have been more expensive and time consuming to resurface the pool, reiterating that they did the work knowing it was shoddy. Do not hire them to install a liner.

They were very professional. Talked me thru my hot tub problem and fixed over the phone. Absolutely be where I would purchase a jacuzzi or pool.
