3This is worst business I've attended. There's so much wrong with this kumon reading center. First I will start by saying that the, owner, Ms. Victoria, doesn't know how to professionally address her customers. She's very rude, talks over you and has no patience. She doesn't compensate for weather related issues, which her nor I have control over. However, it's still not my fault, so why I'm paying for days that are weather related and the school is closed? She doesn't have the heat on in the waiting room in the winter, she claimed it wasn't working. How do one have a business and doesn't have eat for her customers in her wiaitng area. Parents cannot use the bathroom. Hello, the patents are the one who's paying the bill, we are the customers, how are we not allowed to use the restroom, if needed. I can go on and on about this place. It's just horrible. Thank God I'm changing my child from this school. Definitely not worth it.

Mrs. Victoria is the best kumon instructor. I love the program. It helps me a lot in school.
