Very average food with imposed 15% service charge plus suggested tipping.

Oh btw, they also stamp the merchant copy right on that imposed service charge so you may easily overlook: (

I will never come back again even though I work around this area.

Great little place. Prompt polite service. Super Good mala fish soup full of veggies and pan fried shenjian bao!
Mmmmm.

Best soup dumplings I have ever had! I highly recommend this place to any visitor looking for a casual but delicious meal, and if you are a local New Yorker who has not tried this place, you are missing out! We had their scallion pancake, beef ramon with their hand made noodles, and egg rolls, everything we had was fantastic. The best and simply MUST try items by far are their dumplings and the pan fried peking duck buns, enjoy!

Reasonable prices for NYC and yummy food. I was a single diner and was treated very well. I'll return

I came here for dinner with friends. We all enjoyed the meal. For starters we all shared the Steamed Pork Buns and Marinated Pig Ears. The buns were delish, we all enjoyed the rich broth inside of each bun and the pig ears were chewy from the cartilage and pretty tasty. After the starters I had the Roast Duck Ramen and my friends each had a Cold Sesame Ramen. They were both delicious and we were very happy with the quality of the noodles and the broth used. However in my opinion the ramen portion was a little smaller than I would like. Overall, I could see myself coming back here.

Enjoyed the food every time and the stuffed scallion pancakes are simply too good to not order!

I love going here! It’s probably not real Japanese ramen but it still hits different. Always so yummy get the special ramen you won’t regret it!

The place was packed when we arrived but it was so worth it checking them out. The food was excellent, the staff was very polite and I highly recommend them!

Sorry this place was not good. Does that chicken ramen look good? Broth was basically water, chicken was almost clear and chewy, noodles were just okay. After. 3 bites I moved the dish to side. I also tried the veggie dumplings, also a disappointment…did not finish these either. In the end spent about $30 and left hungry

Went to NY for a play and stopped in here on a whim… so glad we did! Staff was friendly, clean and lots of choices on the menu. If your in the city give this place a try. Pork buns are delicious!

This place is awesome, the soup dumplings especially are incredible. Thought the other dumplings were just okay, the red bean paste dessert felt like it had too much bao.definitely get the soup dumplings

My bad, judged a book by the cover. Thought the gimmicky name would entail Americanized Chinese Food (e.g. Panda Express) but no… THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC AND AUTHENTIC! Ordered all the Taiwanese staples from pickled cucumbers and pig ears for appetizers, to Crab XLBs (ordered doubled the suggested amount because they were so delicate and delicious) to beef noodle (hand shaved, like I was back in Gao Shong) soup for the main. Service was good too. Will definitely return.

Crispy scallion beef pancakes, amazing clear and soothing broth, hearty amount of bok choy and springy noodles. However, the meat tasted a bit off and rough.

Good food, especially the stir fry noodles was better than the soup. I think the shrimp with my noodle soup wasn't good and I had stomach muscle spasms the next 24 hours.

I came here because I have always had a great experience at the Times Square location. Food was OK and menu was a bit limited.

Got a bunch of different things and all of it is pretty good. The pancake with beef really stood out, the Shanghai buns also were really good. Got a pretty good sample of all of the noodles as well which were all good.

Great food, great service! Stumbled on the restaurant when I took a turn on 55th Street. LOVED the glassed in area in the back where they were creating their dumplings, and took a chance.ordered the House Ramen, and added the extra dollar for the HandCut Noodles.beyond delicious. Was in a hurry.next time I'll sit and relax and explore their dim sum and soup dumplings!

Their House Special Ramen should have been called House Special Pho. It wasn’t bad but the taste was closer to pho than a ramen.
