Ordered two drinks they got one incorrect and both drinks were undrinkable. Wish I could give 0 stars

This location never gets orders right. I ordered Mango Snow Slush bubble tea and was sent regular Mango and when I called over the phone the person in the store didnt even apologize he just said "its the same price" I dont care if its the same price its not what I asked for. Terrible customer service. I order from the Chrystie St locations with no issues I guess I'll have to continue going there instead.

Kung Fu Tea has the best bubble tea!
Not only that, this KFT location has the best management too!

I’m giving this place 1 star for the customer service. Got here at 7: 50pm on 12/2/2020 and the staff tells me he is closed. I said the sign said 8pm and the 2 guys ahead of me are taking 5 minutes to order. He communicates he’s done for the day. If you’re the owner, you should FIRE this guy. I will NEVER recommend Kung Fu Tea again. Head over to Mogee Tee or Yifang for better service! And it only took me 2 minutes to write this review.

Not your average tea house. People mostly go here for cold bubble tea drinks, however, they will do something hot. Last time I was in town (October 2019), it was a little cold and I walked in and asked for some hot green tea and they helped me out. Some of the customers were a little perplexed by my order (why would someone order hot tea when it is 40 degrees F?), but they staff were very accommodating. Service was very good and considering that this is a hangout for people in their 20's, they treated me very well. I will definitely return.

Extremely rude. Says closed 8 on Thursday we arrived 7.50 but were denied. But infront there were dozens of delivery guys still waiting.

A small outpost of this boba specialist in the St Marks Place neighborhood. Just opened (for to-go orders only), we stopped by to pick up some drinks. Service was quick and courteous, but there were no lines, at least for now. No cash accepted either, so plan ahead. There's a little sitting area outside, but most just pick up and go.

I like to go to this store all the time because their staffs are friendly and lovely to the customers. The drink is awesome and tasty. I highly recommend it.

One of the few/only bubble tea places in the area that has coffee milk tea and espresso as options. (Checked 6 other places)

Good bubble tea and you can customize it (sweetness, ice, etc.) You can use the app at this location but I don't think you can use the app at the k-town location.

Visited another bubble tea chain at New York City-Kung Fu Tea, Price is reasonable with the portion and taste. A very strong tea taste, with flavors of earl grey tea. The bubbles are very chewy and soft, personally is much much better than Alley and Tiger.

We got a little confused with the one in Toronto.the logo and cups are different with the one we had in Toronto tho. No sure if it’s the same brand.

Service was ok, the one star missing was lacking a comfy sitting environment and cleanliness. They do not accept credit card with purchasing under $6, but understand, we should have carry enough cash for a cup of bubble tea.

I mean it's okay. I only went for a promotion for a game, but if you really want bubble tea and this is the only place around its fine. Just not as high of a quality as some other places.

Come here occasionally. Grab me a bubble-less iced thai tea and I'm gone. Sometimes they run out tho, so if you're a thai tea fan grab ur fill early in the day.
