Kwik Fill reviews
11Don't frequent this establishment often, but when u do, quick service a friendly customer service.
Fast friendly ATM! Best in Cortland! Hit a $20 scratcher on the lotto machine so was happy with that.
During the winter time don't forget to tip these guys. Offer water During the summer if you have it. They pump your gas guys. Good people.
Usually the cheapest place to get gas in the area.
Kwik Fill also has a discount card that gets you an extra 3 cents off per gallon and doesn't require you to sign-up or provide information; just ask the attendant for one.
No public restroom! You are a gas station in middle of no where, I drove 5 minutes off the highway to get there so could get gas and go to the bathroom. I left with neither. Be human beings, you have a bathroom and only one employee, can't share? Horrible business practice, clearly not considerate of human need to use a rest room while on the road. You are a gas station/ convenience store.where is the convenience!
Me and my husband love coming here the guy who runs it is amazing and the girl who is the cashier is very nice and energetic
We pulled in too get gas before they closed. My husband ran his bank card and was approved. As he put his card away the attendant (who could see us through the window) shuts the pumps down. The pump still said to begin fueling which couldn't be done. Very unprofessional way to operate. And after checking the bank account there is $5.00 that was deducted by this "attendant " Unbelievable.
I quit using my Kwik Fill gas card at least 4 years ago, and visiting their only nearby station because the alcohol free pumps and card readers never seemed to work correctly. Complaining to the station attendent had no effect. My card expired. I have gone to the station from time to time, and used my Mastercard. Last year I complained again that the alcohol free pump CRAWLED. They said it would be fixed. I just came from the station. It took me 20 minutes to pump 6 gallons. (I couldn't leave easily, because a half dozen cars had me hemmed in, waiting for the pump.). I was so busy watching the numbers crawl on the display, I didn't notice the shutoff didn't work, and at least a gallon of gas had slowly leaked all over my new boots, even though I had the nozzle fully inserted. Another customer joked that he expected to see me there the next day. The station attendant also thought it was funny. I DON'T! She refused to give me any contact information for the station owner or manager. Why are they hiding from customers?
I think they owe me $3.05 for the gas that leaked, and $100 for my ruined nylon and suede boots. I am considering taking the station owner to small claims court. I might not win, but it would be worth it to force him to listen to a disgruntled customer. It irks me that Kwik Fill lets it's franchise owners evade customers and slack off on maintenance. Is the fire suppression and leak detection also out of order? Maybe the filters are clogged, and they're delivering dirty gas? Maybe the octane level isn't what it's supposed to be. Should I get a sample of the gas to a lab, and report the results to the bureau of weights and measures? I DO intend on complaining to my state senator and the EPA about the spill. They worry about a little evapiration that escapes our gas caps. Wonder how the EPA woud feel about the leak of a gallon of gas?
We always get our gas here and I love the pancake breakfast sandwiches and my husband loves the biscuit breakfast sandwich we are rewards members and
Use the milk and coffee cards to get free ones when the card is full this is the best place for my pumpkin spice cappuccino that I have found and I love that they have it year around
