La Chapincita reviews
11Hello, what I observed in the store is that there is a lack of Guatemalan music such as marinba so that you can enjoy a dish accompanied by good music.
The food is very good and they have a variety to chose.
Prices are competitive.
I recommend this place to any one who wants to enjoy authentic Guatemalan food.
The place keeps the standards from the health department. They have an A.
Very nice lady she understood what I wanted and didn't fill up my plate with alot. When it's my first time going to a restaurant I like to sample a little of everything. Very cost effective rhe breakfast platter with the steak was only 5$. Also I got a papoosa on the side it was 3$. Very nice store they got a c grade. Not sure y because it looks very clean. Also it's a little tight for seating
I am 100% sure that the owner of this restaurant knows that they have high demand and it is incredible that a customer has to wait up to 25 minutes to be served, terrible service, they only have one person to serve, on top of all the cashier Sometimes he goes to help those who deliver the food because there are a lot of people and of course, there is another wait at the checkout; Terrible service, if you go to this place and want to waste up to 40 minutes of your time just waiting, go. But if you are in a hurry and are impatient then I do not recommend this place, I understand that you always have to wait minutes, but here the food is already ready, the owner just needs to organize his workers, because there are already a lot of people working. I hope the owner of this business fixes things. Ah! And they must coordinate well, here the priority is the client who is in the place, for a change they receive a call and they are their priority immediately although there is a line that reaches to the door, that is how exaggerated the service is.
The food is very good and the customer service is also very good. The place could be cleaner and modernized, however I like it a lot.
The service is not good. I always order my food to deliberate and it always arrives an hour or more than an hour late.
I called to place an order, the boy came out saying that he didn't know what food they have available to the customer and that he thinks that ordering doesn't make sense if I don't know what they offer, I asked for bread and he came out with the same thing, he came out a little aggressive, I asked for the total how much the order cost, why don't I like to complicate the lives of those who deliver and he tells me that he doesn't know how much the amount is and he left me hanging on the phone,
The food is rich delicious! But the service is very ugly, the women who sell there yell at you, they are not friendly, they are rude, they do not know how to treat customers
Its okay. I would just encourage that when their restaurant is full to let people know about the other restaurant owned by same owner if need seating. Its a bit small to have a deli and buffet.
One of the few Guatemalan restaurants that can actually cook good. They have different dishes and treats that are eaten back home. Plenty of comfort foods. They have a lot of atoles. Ponche de frutas being my favorite. Garnachas are delish.
If the doctor told you no more fast food come and eat here all natural ingredients such good flavors and many dishes to pick from.
