LA Fitness, Greece NY

If you are of a particular age this is the perfect place. I was hype to take the spin class but it was led by a folder woman that grooved to dolly Parton jams. For some that's ok but I'm use to a more upbeat class.

I'm being generous giving them a three star rating, when I signed up I told them that the reason I coming here is because I have RA and the jacuzzi is perfect. Well every time you turn around the jacuzzi isn't working, and this time it's been out for three weeks now and I'm pissed.

I’ve been a member since October 2019 and I use the Webster and Greece location. I actually look forward to going to the gym. The facilities are very clean, offers so many different things to accommodate any guest really. I love the classes and I never have an issue using the equipment I want. I absolutely love using the sauna. Everyone I’ve worked with, Patrick and Brandon have been very helpful between membership suggestions and physical work out enhancement. I’m really happy I joined and would certainly recommend LA to anyone and especially Greece location!

Great facility with all the necessary equipment! I really enjoy the pool for swimming laps & the classes they provide within a membership are excellent! Definitely recommend stopping in for a visit!

The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of machines and equipment. There is plenty of space to move around and do your own thing without being bothered. So why only 4 stars? The place needs a serious cleaning. Bathrooms, locker rooms, free weight areas and shower areas need a good scrubbing. Sure its because people are slobs and should clean up after themselves (re-rack their weights, clean the equipment when they are done, throw away their drink containers and paper towels) but apparently their mother's aren't available so it falls onto the staff. Seriously this place is great. Just clean up after yourself so the staff doesn't have to. They have enough to do.

I’ve been going to this gym for around two years now and am satisfied. Boy the most cleanly place but it’s ok. Bathrooms are always closed for some reason.

The staff was very accommodating. I went for the first time today and was a guest and they were very helpful and patient with us. The gym was clean too! Definitely worth considering switching gyms!

In the winter the salt mess on the floor on the way in needs to be mopped more frequently. On the weekends, especially near the end of the day, the bathrooms are a disaster and the toilet paper dispenser is often empty. Soap dispensers are frequently empty and the garbage cans are overflowing. Machines that need repair are often broken for a long time. The ropes used for exercises on cable equipment are a disgusting shade of dirt. The large image on the west side of the building is terribly faded and looks bad. The pool water is only changed once every six months so you are probably swimming in sweat shortly before it is changed. The juice bar hours do not match gym hours so it is often not open when I am there. Some of the pads on equipment are torn for seemingly ever and when your skin rests on them it can hurt due to the ripped vinyl being sharp.

LA fitness on west ridge road has been my go to work out place every time I come home! The staff is always welcoming, encouraging, and understanding. As a previous D1 athlete, the equipment is always satisfying and clean. Five stars from me!

Have overall been fairly satisfied with the facilities of both East & West Ridge Road locations. About the only dissatisfaction has been the hot tubs at both locations. Both seem to be down more than working properly. The staff at both locations have been excellent. Overall very satisfied for the price and what is offered.

Great gym throughout the year. The NrGize bar is a staple, also the reason many of my friends joined the gym!

They have everything from racquetball courts, swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and kids club which is like a daycare! Check it out and ask for Patrick the general manager!

Had a 2 week lapse in other gym membership due to cancellation issues around Medicare. I attempted to see if I could get a 5 day guest pass from L A Fitness, they did one better! I received a message from them stating they could oblige me with not only a 5 day guest pass but help me out with the two week lapse due to previous gym membership cancellation rules. I'm truly impressed and appreciate them helping me without having to go two weeks with no gym membership. As we all know, these Holiday weeks are the most important weeks to stay active. Thanks again to L A Fitness! Now thats customer support! I Like!

The best gym! So many fitness class options to choose from. At the end of a stressful/tiring day soaking in the hot tub and/or getting in a sauna is an amazing option to have in a local gym.

Good facility

The only issue I have and I know la fitness doesn't run it is the pool personnel.the guy tonight October 30th 2019 was a complete putz.this guy had his face buried in his phone the entire time this is who I have to trust if something happens? No thanks.

The pool floor outside and inside need real clean this public why they don't care? Why they don't respect the members
