La Maternelle Westchester, Village of Pelham NY

My daughter started summer program a la maternelle. Like any other first time parents you know how stressful it is to put your child at daycare or school For the first time. For the first time I stepped in the school I felt the love already, I loved it. Miss Aldi was so nice and happy to show us around and gave me all the details and safety mesure about the school. I was surprised my daughter just went in running around and wanted to stay. Miss Aldi gave her a toy car that day and she is was so happy. I knew that will be the one. When she started I met her French teacher Miss Emma and miss Annemarie so lovely. Every member of the staff is so warm, kind and thoughtful. They always welcome you with smile and happy to see your child every time (drop off, pick up) They always send updates about what your child is doing (pictures, breakfast, activities….). They really put my fear at ease. They embrace my daughter personality and truly love her for who she is. My daughter is very shy and wasn’t interacting much with other kids. Guess what now her social development started to took off. She loves it there and always call her teachers name when she is home. Too much good to say. We feel lucky that our daughter is at la maternelle in a safe and lovely place plus she is bilingual (French-English) which is a big plus.
