Not honest at all with the prices, the base tells me one price and the driver tells me it's $6 more, unbelievable smh. I would never recommend this cab service!

I have used this car service twice, and both times had a very positive experience. Helpful dispatchers, friendly drivers, clean cars, quick & timely arrivals, all at fair prices!

We were quoted one price, $90 plus $30 in tolls. There was some traffic, but that is not within our control. We were going to tip the driver extra for the traffic. When we got to our destination, the driver changed the price. A trip that was supposed to cost $120, ended up coasting $160! Will never use these scammers again! The driver HK should be ashamed of himself!

Very bad service, they have cars at JFK airport waiting and if you tell them a time about to be picked up and for any reason you get out 20/30 mins later they charge you $20 extra without telling you…. Be careful before ordering a service from them before you get charged $90 from jfk to Brooklyn.

They used to be amazing 10 years ago, seems like management has changed. The dispatchers and drivers are extremely nasty and rude. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have taken my money elsewhere.

Very unprofessional I waited over an hour and a half for a pickup from my medical appointment. I had to call a Uber to get home. I called them over 5 times was either put on hold or hung up onthis car service provides service for my Doctor office. I will inform my doctor of this situation

The most unprofessional and rude dispatchers in any car service in Brooklyn. All they’re good for is their prices and drivers but the dispatchers are useless and unprofessional. This is why Uber is taking over.

Always on time ️ if not earlier: prices are fantastic as well as the service. The drivers are super friendly, and always help out with groceries or laundry etc.

These guys are only acceptable as a cab when things are quiet, during peak hours they're useless. I was quoted 10 minutes like 5 times, when I called I was put on long hold and had to call back. Finally, after a 40-something minute wait they told me that the driver is. Ten minutes away. I was able to call a different cab, get a car, get mad for not coming on time, get in the car AND make it half way home before these guys called me and told me the car was outside! Exactly an hour and ten minutes after I called them.
I really don't like when car services give you knowingly false estimates, keeping you waiting for a car, even though they know it's not coming cause there are no cars. These tactics are a good way to lose a customer, for good. I've decided not to use this cab again, not unless they somehow end up being the last one in the world.

Carla gave me a ride today. She is the most sweetest kindest person. Highly recommend using Mexicana car service.
