15Food here is on point. Some of my favorites are the chicharrón and the lechon dumplings. Wine selection is great too!
I ordered some arepas and an empanada. Both were bigger than I expected! My partner had the burger and let me try a bite of it. They were right—it might be the best thing on the menu. I was really intrigued by the empanadas and arepas, though. The corn flour on both was unlike how either is usually prepared, crisp on the outer layer and soft beneath it. Corn empanada shells are often crunchy and hard, and arepas are usually very soft and thick and contained. I liked these and wondered if there is one Latin American country whose style they are made in. Also, as other commenters have mentioned, the music is excellent. For a place that catches your attention from the street with eye-popping colors, everything inside lives up to that initial impression.
Very bad, took more than an hour to get food, then all the orders were wrong and didn’t get all our food. Waited another hour for the rest. Got the wrong order again, sent it back. 40 minutes later they came back with the fixed order but it was exactly the same as before.
The tacos are just fine and overpriced. The fish taco was more memorable. The guac was decent, not amazing but also not bad. You order via an app and then it’s delivered to you, so there is no service.more like getting takeout. It’s new, colorful, and has drinks, so it looks appealing, but not a memorable spot where I would want to return for the tacos. They could improve by making lighter tacos that are more authentic.
The maracuya margarita was BOMB! Love the tajín sprinkle! Great price for the huge drink, too! Good vibes & people
Food is crazy good, go when you are hungry cause you will want to try multiple dishes. I initially ordered takeout, but the place was so beautiful that I decided to eat there. Price is within NYC standards.
It's a really nice place, the food was good and the service was great. The server was really friendly and had helpful recommendations. I liked the look and the vibe there. I'm sure their cocktails are good too, but I didn't try, I was there for lunch. I'd definitely go back.
Great food, drinks and vibe. The burgers were perfect and the frozen margarita was bomb I wanted 5 more to be honest. Will definitely be returning here.
Service and food were great. Menu style is new but makes it easier to add on to your order especially when it gets busy
Honestly the service was kind of slow, but took into consideration it was Cinco de Mayo! Lots of people cool music.have to go back on a not so busy day!
Decent place but service was very slow, 30+ mins for a to-go order of two empanadas.food was a bit greasy but tasted fine. I'll try again and update this if it improves.
Fantastic place, delicious food. Glad we discovered it.
We went back and had more.
The Yucca Balls are absolutely fantastic. The sauce was so delicious and perfectly balanced with the Yucca Balls. The sourdough with tomato and garlic? Amazing! Highly recommend!
Am not critiquing the food but my gripe is with the lack of description on the wines and no one to explain.
This was the worst tacos I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 carnitas, 2 fish tacos and fries. The carnitas and fish have no flavor, just bland. The fries were hard and overcooked. I will not recommend nor will I come back. I paid $30.48 to be dissatisfied. I make better fish/carnitas tacos at home, this is what I get for being too tired to cook.
Fantastic pork arepa. Great spot for drinks with friends or grabbing a quick bite. Service was terrific. Go forth and enjoy. Thanks La Ñapa!
