Worst service ever! They make you wait and hour for them to even take your order and another hour to bring your food! They will bring the appetizer and the main dish at the same time. They won’t give the necessary stuff unless you ask for it, such as napkins, spoons.etc.they really need to hire a better manager bcuz it’s the worst place to visit in queens.

Drinks are great, food is ok and service is horrible. I been to the place a few times and I frequently ordered delivery but never again. I had some friends in town and they wanted Colombian food so I decided to take them here. I saw the restaurant half full with plenty of tables open in the outside area. We decided to sit as my friends were tired of walking around. We waited and we waited and no one would come by to greet us. I got up and asked one of the waitresses if someone was going to take care of us and told me that I had to wait for someone at the door and that we had to get up and wait at the door. The two couples next us couldn’t believe it. I mean I apologize for the “mistake” but come on they weren’t even busy. Never again. As a Colombian and local resident I can tell you the Jackson Heights / East Elmhurst area has far better Colombian places here. I hope they improve their service.

Saw this restaurant on IG, I always wanted to try Colombian food. We went on a Sunday, it was busy but we were greeted right away and we sat outside. Most of the tables and chairs outside were not very appealing, the seats of the chairs had rips on the "leather" covers and they have absorbed water/rain, when we sat we got out tushes wet, we looked around and found better ones and changed our chairs. They did not have a lot of items on the menu available, especially the appetizers, we were told that the day before they were very busy and kind of ran out of some of the ingredients, that it usually happens on Sundays, so what we ended up ordering it was not what we originally wanted, but the food came out fast and it was good, the drinks were great. No spoons, no appetizer plates, we had to ask for them although, I made the best of it and enjoyed my drink, my friend whose birthday we were celebrating, not too much.

This is a cool place to go to if you wanna have some drinks and maybe have a quick something to eat. First impression was good service. Our first seat was very tight and cramped but then the server noticed that we weren’t comfortable so they gave us a different table. Our food came at a reasonable time and the server kept checking to see if we were good… The only take away from this place was that it’s very hot and stuffy. There’s no AC only some very slow moving ceiling fans so it’s pretty hot in there. It kind of took away from the delicious food and the the ambience.

Service was slow. Waited forever for a waitress. She thought I asked for a passion fruit margarita when I asked for a regular margarita. She even asked me what size for the margarita. They didn’t have food that was on their menu. This place is really only good for drinks.

Stopped by with a friend to check out the place. First of all it’s a small place with a few tablets set up. Worst of all as small as it is so is the service. We sat there waited for the order to be taken which took forever. The bought the order out and then placed it on the table with no spoons or plates to serve ourselves since it was a meal for 2. Afterwards, we waited for 20 minutes to get the bill. This place is unbelievable totally a dungeon. Do not take a first date here it’s a failure Este sito no tienen atención con lo clientes los meseros no tienen experiencia.

Horrible experience I can’t believe these type of people in how they just judge by appearance I highly recommend to NEVER go to this place especially with family honestly they don’t even deserve this 1 star

The service was terrible, we ordered a drink that they didn’t have (understandable), but instead of telling us they just brought out my drink and not my friends. When we asked they said they didn’t have any offer an alternative just walked away. There were other instances where the service was lacking. Overall not a good experience.

Food was cold by the time they brought them and we are talking 40 hours after we placed it but this time we didn’t even have our drinks either, Our server was not on top of anything, we went inside to see what was going on. Staff was rude. Poor service. Great food, but really bad service.

The restaurant is not what they promote online or instagram. It’s more of a bakery that extended to an outside restaurant. The service was terrible that we waited about 30 minutes at the table just so the sever can say give him a second to assist. That turned into 10-15 minutes while he kept sitting other customers. That lead us to leave without consuming anything. At first there’s no waiter at the door greeting you. The waiters walk by without noticing the customers waiting for tables while there’s many open tables. A lot severs but not assisting. Won’t try it again, Probably To go.

My wife found this location online so we decided to try it out. It was not a bad experience but a little pricey. Food was ok but waitress failed to mention there's no burgers and I was in the mood for one. They take long to attend people even though the place only have 3 customers.

Wouldn’t recommend trying this place at all! I waited 1 hour 30mins for my families food to come & mine never arrived. Waited an additional hour for my food & at that point I wanted to go home. Waiter never asked if we needed anything or if everything was ok.horrible service honestly!

Overall it was okay. We went on a Friday night and decided to sit inside since it was humid out. The indoor space felt cramped. We were seated in a corner next to the computer station. Our table was wobbly which is a pet peeve of mine, had my drink moving left and right during dinner. Service was slow, I have to say. Appetizer took almost 25 minutes to come out. We ordered the Nueva Colombia Sampler and it was a pretty tasty dish overall. The main corses’ we each ordered we good overall, nothing too special. Again the service as far as the food coming out, drinks being delivered, drop off and pick up of check was slow. If your in the area it’s a decent place but nothing over the top.

Food was okay. Service was absolutely terrible, server was very dry didn't say hi, didn't introduce herself, didn't give Napkins, no condiments for the food, table was filthy, WATERBUGS running around. They kept bringing out the wrong orders to everyone. No one checked on us throughout dinner. It was terrible. I wanted to love it but no. Servers excuse was they are new and understaffed

Waitress are rude. They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in, they just walk right pass you. Don’t come here, take the extra 13 min drive to Astoria and dine in La Vecina. Much better service and way better food!
