Food was reheated didnt lile it was not fresh.
The menu had a price for cash and one for credit card use never seen this in my life.
Food is over price for the quality.

Good restaurant to bring friends, family or a significant other. There is a nice ambiance with a traditional feel to it while also feeling modern. Great place and would highly recommend it if you're in the area.

The food is great as always & they offer an option for black beans instead of red beans. But if your an Og customer as I am since the 90s you will notice managment/service has changed & gone downhill salad & bread with butter are no longer offered before your meal, walls are more bare with less paintings & art in the back it looks so bland now, no more handwipes, & they no longer offer mints. I noticed this downhill little by little since 2016 Im not sure because of the economy or they want customers to leave faster? I feel like quality is no longer a priority here anymore it sucks but atleast they survived the pandemic.

The Steak on the milanesa was very dry, possibly overcooked and burnt, no bread. Would have liked the milanesa to include red beans instead of French fries. The waiter was very efficient and very polite very attentive, just the food quality was subpar.

Restaurant expanded and with a lot of variety on the menu, you have your daily menus and the option to choose à la carte dishes, in the afternoons a man who will sing makes the food more enjoyable and pleasant.

Today I put 3 stars because I did not like the fried sin, it was very dry from being fried and the tostones were the same

I bought a glass of oatmeal last week and it was delicious, today I walked past the restaurant, so I decided to go in and buy it again but today it tasted horrible, they must have made it with expired milk or are they the same as yesterday or the day before or who knows how many days ago

Good service but tasteless food. We ordered a salmon dish (ok) and red snapper (ok) but what we immediately regretted ordering was the tostones with chicharrón! Looked like tostones were out all day, they were dry and hard and chicharrón also seemed old.

Surprisingly delicious! It has been the best Colombian restaurant I have eaten in the United States. Delicious. Good portions. Excellent attention. Super clean and the bathroom is also super clean. Prices, normal for the delicious, fresh and size of the dishes. The aguapanela with cheese… delicious!

Big Colombian serving sizes. Chicharrones were a little tough but everything else was very good. Attentive service. Not a fan of the tacked on credit card fee.

Good Colombian atmosphere, good attention.
There is a lack of digital presence and a good website for greater recognition.

This place is excellent if you're looking for authentic colombian food, but if you want to drink some alcohol, I recommend you to go to another place, specially if you want some cocktails, or some tequilas or colombian bottles

I have been coming here for many years because I loved the atmosphere, food and service. However recently I have been very disappointed with all factors. Yesterday I came with my family and not only were we told we could not be seated at our typical booth but the server who attended us was very rude and had no customer service skills. The food was also very poor quality, the beans were well passed their expiration, the meat had no flavor and had the texture of rubber, the chicharrón tasted like the animal it came from. Also we ordered a glass of water and it was brought out with a piece of food floating inside the glass. I have to say I'm very disappointed with my experience. Customers beware, this place needs to change their approach to management, and increase their sanitization protocols.

I wanted to have a good experience since it was our first time eating Colombian food but it wasn’t. We also thought it would be good due to their good reviews on Google. Service was alright server forgot our drinks. The portions are big enough to feed two people but the meat was not well done as we ordered and tasteless. We ordered ribs and carne asada and let me tell you that the meat was very hard and oily to eat that none of us finish. We made a comment on the meat to one of the guys who picked up the plate but he laughed.

Is hard to rate this place just on my meal of a chicken parm. I think the parm could've used more marinara and the rice and beans a bit more salt. However, the hostess was nice and the food portion was really huge. I had leftovers at the end of the meal.

This place was a surprise to be honest. I didn’t except that the service was going to be that great since restaurants around Roosevelt ave are not that great.
The lunch special was good same with 1/4 of chicken both plates came with soup and they had big portions.
The order of maduros and beans were awesome as well.
I will come back another time and try the other dishes

The hospitality here is heartwarming, I’ve been here 3 times and their staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good some things could be just a bit better but in my opinion this place could be considered a gem around this area. I would highly recommend bringing cash to this place though, unfortunately they do charge 3% for card surcharges… which I wish they could change. Other than that I recommend this place.

I went shopping in queens ny and my wife was so hungry and I found a parking lot right in front of the restaurant and we went in and it was a very good experience from the moment we entered the restaurant a very delicious meal and the waitress was very attentive and friendly I recommend it a nice clean place and very relaxing music I will be back very soon

Today I was for the first time with my family, my husband, my children, my grandchildren and my daughters-in-law celebrating my daughter Valentina's birthday and we had a great time. The food is very delicious. The rockers are very friendly and helpful and above all, very professional and the atmosphere is very divine and cozy and to all people I recommend this beautiful family restaurant you can visit it and I assure you that you will not regret it you will like it very much
