La Pizzeria reviews
7I ordered twice online from their own online site and cancelled the order without me even realizing. I event to the store placed the order and same order charged $20 more when I asked the reason for cancelling they said price on their own site was very low that is whay we cancelled. I asked them now I come to your store time wasted with two ordes can you at least offer 10% discount or anything he said NO. That is really horrable customer service
Out of all the hundreds of restaurants I have been to as a food critic, La Pizzeria has the worst service. The people are very rude and have absolutely no manners. They touch all the food with there hands that has been on dozens of credit cards and cash as well!
Basically tasteless food that is overpriced and served by unfriendly, bordering on hostile people. They never seem to get the food orders right because there is always something that is missing from an order, and the fact that they do not seem to care about their errors speaks volumes. We have been patrons numerous times in the past, but will avoid this place in the future.
Boker tov, or should i say ni hao.i am ryan zhang.i have eaten at this establishment for the first time and i was greeted with many unpleasant sightings.to start off the journey, the owners son tomer or “Tomer the devil” was running around in his boxers causing a ruckus, he was rubbing his cheecks all over my food.i was very unhappy with this.tomer the devil should be sent away to a place far far away.to add on, when i got my food, there was what seemed to be pubic hairs in my pasta and calzone.i still ate it but i was very disappointed with it.as time went on many people said TOMER IS BAKED again but i didn’t know what that means.the make a wish foundation is meant for people like tomer.goodbye or should i say shalom.
This place is run by rude owners and workers they think they can talk rudely to paying customers! Dont waste ur time.
Many years ago La Pizzeria used to be decent, but the quality, service and current business practice are terrible. Food is below mediocre at best. If you do take out they will give you cold old fries. The worst part is that they charge you a 3% credit card fee, which is illegal in the state of NY.
Due to an app snafu the order was 30+ min late. I called about it and was told it was already out, waited by the door and called again 15 min later to find out it had gone out only 5 min ago. Not cool. This place is a few blocks away and I could have just walked if they told me the order hadn't left when I first called. And then it took another 15. The food was fine but seriously I could have walked if they just communicated the delivery delay properly to me.
