La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Buffalo Airport, Williamsville NY

We just stayed in room 224 and there is so much mold in the bathroom we believe we are sick from it! Up and down the walls on the ceiling! We told the Front desk and all they said was “we will tell management”. No apologies nothing- they couldn’t care less about their guest! They should not allow people to stay in a room full of
Mold! Regardless if they are “remodeling”
Please do NOT stay here!

A nice little place to rest. The breakfast is a high quality version of the real food like the eggs for eggsample.

Got put in the worst room imaginable. And the other guests were incredibly loud with no help from the front desk to quiet them down will not consider Wyndham again when booking a hotel in the future
PS oil the damn elevator the thing squeals like a pig being put to slaughter

Horrible Horrible Horrible my husband and i were sound asleep when we wake up to housekeeping in our room @8 in the morning that is a really big no no in my books. The bathroom was horrendous straight out of a horror movie. The picture online was the complete opposite of what we opened our hotel door to. The lamp for some reason was upside down which in my head makes me thing either they didn’t clean good or they just don’t care enough to do there job correctly. The refrigerator doesn’t work, there were grease stains on the head board (absolutely DISGUSTING) the shower didn’t drain took hours for the water to completely go down lots of disgusting hair everywhere in the bathroom, you can feel the bed springs when you lay down absolutely horrible. DONT SPEND YOUR MOENY HERE. And to the hotel DO BETTER

I’ve stayed at quite a few La Quinta hotels.
A basic hotel chain with no issues…. Until now.
This La Quinta is a pitiful, disgusting, dirty mess.
Rugs in the hallway filthy. Rooms were missing alarm clocks, tv remotes and falling apart. Walls are paper thin.
Snoring and baby screaming all night.
A staff that didn’t know what they are doing.
The only thing worse would be a crack hotel.
I’ve traveled for business and pleasure for 40 years and I can say this hotel is the lowest of the low.
I would NEVER come back.
Right out of American Horror Story.
No need for a ridiculous auto reply saying “I’m sorry”.

Stayed 7th August 2023. Three families. 4 rooms.

There didn't appear to be an active construction but the rooms were newly renovated. Liked it. Bathrooms were nice and clean.

The lad at the reception was really nice.

The breakfast was decent. Eggs, Waffles, Sausages, Saute Potatoes etc.

The only thing mentioned by others is the incense smell which is okay but some might find a bit too strong.

For the price point, value for money. No regrets.

Did not get room as reserved. Reserved king beds for two room but got queen.

Floor not clean, had smell from uncleaned or dirty mop.
Small breakfast area gets very crowded.

Hotel was nice and clean! Extremely close to the airport, which was a huge plus! Free breakfast was great! I had blueberry waffles and I would highly recommend them!

Repairs food /breakfast under cooked not worth the money or cost to stay there clerk more interested in pH than service

Oh man, I've stayed at a lot of LaQuintas, but I can say that this is the best I've ever visited. The manager was super helpful. The breakfast was better than I've had in many more expensive places elsewhere. The company should check them out.they can become a standard for the entire franchise.

Not a great place to stay, free breakfast, is like freebies, very low in supplies, out for a lot of items, smelly room without proper maintenance.

Excellent place to stay. Great shower, great bed and pillow and really good complementary breakfast. These guys know how to do it.

Do NOT go! I called the Health department, BBB and Wyndham on them. They do not follow ADA rules and even refused my dog access to the breakfast area. Please read the other reviews from patrons. Sewage smell and black mold caused asthma. The building needs major repairs and updates. I have pictures!

I normally don’t like to write bad reviews but this time I think it’s necessary. I wanna start off with saying the service was pretty good they were nice and helpful but everything else was TERRIBLE! First thing I noticed was the terrible smell it smelled so bad nasty.when the guy finally gave us are room card so we went to are room then we tried to open the door and it wouldn’t even open we kept trying but it didn’t move so we went to ask for help and the guy finally got it opened.when we got to are room it still smelled horrible and there was hairs on the floor nasty.it was very tight and didn’t feel comfortable at all.then when I went to close the curtains they were clear so you could see everything so what’s the point of putting them there. When we went to bed you could hear people talking screaming going to their rooms opening doors cars and who knows whatever else.couldn’t sleep that night from all the noise. And when I did sleep I would wake up in like 10 minutes. Then when I went down for breakfast it was disgusting coffee is terrible like brown water. At that point I didn’t even feel like eating. Never ever going back! Don’t make the mistake I did. You have been warned!
