Stayed at the la Quinta and let’s just say everything was clean perfect no issues loved it

My husband and I and another couple booked rooms at this hotel on our way to New York city. Our stay was exceptional.
Lots of parking.
Check in was easy and the gentleman who checked us in was polite courteous and very helpful.
Our rooms were clean and very comfortable.
The bathroom was spotless.
There is a lot of care given to this hotel.
Breakfast was way more than satisfying.
We will most certainly stay here again, and will recommend it to others.

Room was not comfortable; had to ask for things like sheets for the pull out bed, towels, and extra soap; breakfast was not good or replenished frequently enough for the number of guests at the hotel, and the breakfast area itself was messy (for example food on the floor and counters). Not a property I would stay at again or recommend.

I have stayed here many times for business. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is always clean and the Manager is top notch. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the La Qunita hotel in Clifton Park New York to celebrate New Years. It is an amazing place to stay especially if you have children with you. The staff is extremely patient and each staff member tries their best to make sure everything is just right. The rooms are large and very clean as is the entire hotel. We have stayed there before, and we are looking forward to going back. The hotel is about ten minutes outside of Albany. I highly recommend the hotel as a vacation place or a stopover on your way to your destination.

Been traveling every week for about a year. Hands down best experience I've had. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Brand new gorgeous clean hotel. Great location and unbeatable for the price.

New, clean & modern hotel, good breakfast and Pam & Joel at the front desk were extra nice & professional! I will be back for sure when visiting family again!

Great. Property is only 5 years old so in good condition. Very dog friendly. Off the beaten path but dining options nearby. Has a great selection of snacks and microwaveable foods for sale too.

Absolutely beautiful loved the stay everything was great the pool and hot tub were open breakfast was great eggs sausage waffles. Was close to everything William at the front desk was a sweetheart and so polite a true gentleman. Will be staying here anytime I'm in Albany oh yeah the bed is to die for ️️️

This was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We travel often and know what we should expect. First off the room we were given was full of stains all over the couch and bed. The tv and table top as well as the dresser was covered in dust. We went to the front desk and we were given a new room to then find out it was right next to the elevators so my wife got no sleep as there was commotion all night. Finally we wanted to use the pool and hot tub. We went to the pool to find a pool full of 25 boys with their coaches doing some type of drills making this area completely unusable. We went to the desk to see what they could do and Pamela told us there’s no one we could talk to as the manager is off until Monday. This is unbelievable being that hotel business is most busy on the weekend. She laughed and mocked my wife and told us we were not getting any price reduction and we were charged already. We have not even checked out so how have we been charged. This woman should not be working in customer service. She has a position of hospitality and provides none. This is unacceptable and I will pursue this matter until it is justified.

For the price and location, everything was at or above expectations. Room was clean spotless when I checked in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some noise in adjacent rooms in the morning but is to be expected from some guests. Would recommend and definitely book again in the future.

Room smelled bad, like dog/animals. Didn’t get good customer service regardless of being a loyal customer and staying there 4+ times previously.

The room was perfect, I cannot complain except for the room being located above the exit doors. Other than that it was great.
