Bushwick staple for the last decade and counting, highly recommend for people that prefer a no-frills, food focused meal
A real gem in gentrifying Bushwick! The gentle couple running the place are great people who put care into their food, so the wait may be a bit longer than at other neighborhood joints. The huarache and picada are the most unique items on the menu, definitely must tries along with the pozole on weekends.
Great food and with a small cheap menu, but the reason why I’m not giving it a 5 is because of the cleanliness environment. It’s not The cleanest Mexican restaurant, and they have a bunch of boxes around the tables which kinda is a bummer. But other than that, and if you don’t mind that, Highly recommend this place!
