Terrible service. The owner is no help whatsoever I feel bad for anyone who has to work with them. I brought my girl here for a quick medí pedi and they butchered it. Lots of attitude and they wouldn’t reallly listen to what she had to say. I guess that’s what happens when you have a trash boss

This place is by far the worst beauty salon I have ever been to. First of all the owner was rude and disrespectful I pity the employees who have to work with them every day. Speaking of the employees, they are absolutely clueless and have no clue how to do what I payed them to. Overall, a horrible experience and advise any potential clients to reconsider their visit as there are plenty of beauty salons in the area that blow this one absolutely out of the water!

If I could give a 0 star I would. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional but the owner is even worse!

Save your money and go somewhere else where you get treated like a paying client

I went to this place for the first time. I went without the appointment. Susanna was very professional and polite. The environment was very positive and super clean. They also offer free coffee to their customers, which was very sweet of them. Over all have amazing experience.

Excellent salon, my hair always looks so chic and silky. Friendly staff, they use great products while washing my hair. Sussana is professional, knows how to pick out a great color, she really understands how to mix the colors properly. The salon is beautiful and clean. Working environment is always calm and relaxing. I always leave more then satisfied with Sussana. Thank you Sussana for saving my hair. I’ve been going to Sussana for so many years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

My girlfriend visited this salon to do laser hair removal. They have fantastic prices and the staff was very nice. When she initially visited the salon, they assured her that she would need to go once a month and after a few visits, her hair would be virtually gone and the visits would be much less frequent. She’s been going for 6 months straight and her hair is growing back faster than it was when she first started going to the salon. The technician doesnt seem to know what to do or how to change up the strategy, she just recommends to keep doing the same thing despite the results. She doesn’t even know the impulse strength of the machines when asked, or have any recommendations when asked if a different machine might make sense given the circumstances. They are very nice but they seem to lack the experience to do their jobs effectively.

Made permanent makeup in this salon and it was just terrible job. Tried to complain with owner of salon, but nothing just " Can't help you".

I've been here, so they are didn't told me about extra charges. I just wanted hair cutting for 30$ which is them told me from the phone, and finally they are gave me a receipt for 50$. Hair cutting for 50$!
