LabCorp, Brooklyn NY

Today was my second time visiting LabCorp for my child's blood drawing. Very knowledgeable staff. Especially, Tamara. Everything done in quick and professional manner. My kid didn't even had time to cry. Was very happy receiving stickers and child bandages)

I don't speak Russian.
I just came out from there it was totally empty

How can I give 0 stars? Because those two women on the front desk are so unprofessional and rude. Or they hate people or they don't speak English. Impossible to reach them over the phone, no one picks up.

The worst customer service ever! Front desk didn't greet me and ignored me even after I said hello 4 times. Very rude. Also, they never pick up the phone, its impossible to reach them.

Stay away from this place! I was waiting more then 2 hours and line wasn’t move. Lazy Russian lady didn’t want to accept anyone, just waisted everyone’s time.when i asked her when i would be taken care of it, she screamed that she tired from all of us! She is just sitting inside and doing nothing and getting paid for that!

Very quick. Theresa was great in assisting me in taking my blood work. Very professional and knows what she’s doing. Keep up the great work!

They submitted my culture incorrectly.
Avoid this laboratory. They can't read the prescription that was typed out from a computer. AVOID this location! I've had problems with them in the past as well. NO more! Will be going somewhere else

Incredibly slow employees. In addition, I took analysis 3 weeks ago but my doctor haven’t receive the results of my test yet

I had an appointment for 11 am and an hour and a half later finally walked out.don't even bother coming here unless you want sit for literally hours in a waiting room even when you have an appointment

Out of normal waiting time.we had one person ahead of us, one hour wait time to draw blood! I had to remind a sitting doing nothing receptionist that i have to fill out paperwork!

Horrible customer service, trying to make appointment for a blood test and the lady at the front desk not even care about the patients and just saying make appointment over the phone, however spent all my day on the only number they have and no one available to answer your phone.
