Not a welcoming experience, 1st I was asked for the specimen like I always comply. Then the tech which was A woman who appeared to have anxieties, Rushing me to hurry up and check it. I felt as if she wanted me to hurry up to go to the back room to draw Blood. Of course the order did not ask for no more then s urine specimen. Will not go there again, will inform PCP.

I live on the upper West side but this was the area I chose to go to because I could just take the 96 street crosstown bus and then walk a few blocks down. The place is very small but I got there about a half hour too early and this lovely technician took my information before I even had a chance to check in with the kiosk and then took me immediately after and the whole thing took about 10 minutes and then I was out, so it went really really well and she was very pleasant. The place could use a little spritzing up and look a little more cheerful is all really I have to say as far as improvements because the place is very small so if there are a lot of people, you might want to choose to wait outside.
