Nurse Mary/Mandy (I'm sorry I forgot the name!) was the best nurse I've ever had! I've always had a problem with getting blood drawn and she did it in probably less than a minute. Best experience ever. She was so kind and sweet. Thank you for your service!

We were here today with my son. Me. Ashok is amazing so efficient, calm and polite. We had an appointment and only waited about 5 minutes.

Can’t get my results. I keep leaving message to call me but no one has called back yet. It’s been 3 weeks

I have been to this laboratory for my MMR titer. They provided excellent customer service and had competent staff. 5 out of 5. This review is Written on April 3

Arrived before 12 pm as instructed and they were closed. The lab tech admitted to shutting down the equipment early, and in a friendly way refused to service. They had no customers.

On my way out he closed the door to get in the building which should have been done if they were closed. This was also done before 12 pm. It was on a Saturday.

Great Service. The woman working there was incredibly lovely. She made me feel comfortable with process and everything was super fast. No waiting time.

They don’t answer on the phone, no matter how many times you call and they don’t even call you back if you leave a message with your info as they ask! The website doesn’t give all the info, so after making an appointment on line and going there on time you waste your time because they finally tell you that you can’t have that test done in that location! That’s really unprofessional!

Mr. Ashok was kind and extremely patient. I had trouble with my drug screening test and he made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this location. It was clean and wait time was almost nonexistent. Thank you for your service!

So far, for the last two days I have called two locations close to me and it seems like nobody likes to answer the phones. Haven't even been there yet and it's upsetting that I have to give it one star just because they're ignoring calls.

Straightforward and efficient service. The man working the front desk and performing the blood drawing was very pleasant and professional and got the drawing done quickly.
