Woman working was very nice, only good thing about this place. Over an hour long wait, one single person working almost every day, and a room full of people. Maybe hire some more people

Absolutely terrible. I do not recommend anyone to go here. We have been waiting 2 plus hours because they are understaffed but it doesn’t help when each patient is back there about 30 minutes each. Everyone that keeps coming in after keeps being called first, they are also walk ins, Also the same infomercial on repeat is driving us all crazy. For the love of god change the channel and get more staff.

I have been sitting here well over an hour. She called in someone who walked in after I did with NO APPOINTMENT as we can see on the screen here that keeps playing the same Alzheimer's thing over and over and over again. This woman here is rude and unprofessional. She is taking a half hour if not more time per person! It doesn't take that long to piss in a cup! Hire more people or just shut down

Showed up during business hours for an employment related drug screening and the door was locked. People waiting outside had said they came multiple times prior with the same result. For lease sign in window. Extremely unprofessional

Literally the worst place on earth to do any kind of drug screening, if you can go elsewhere, please do. And if you have to do a urine test, hope your bladder was blessed by the gods so you can hold it for hours if you have to. Absolutely ridiculous

Got lucky enough to find 1 open appointment in the morning. The 1 lady that works there, very nice and got my drug test pretty quickly. Didn’t have to wait to long.

So much for making an appointment… I waited over 40min past my appointment time only to find out they didn’t have the supplies needed to do my test. Ask your company if you can go anywhere else.

One of the worst run places that I have ever seen! Deserves 0 stars. One lady working there and she is extremely SLOW! I waited 2 hours with an extremely full bladder. People with appointments were waiting an hour. I had to leave and use the bathroom of the neighboring restaurant. It took the nurse working there literally 20 minutes for each person.

Well prior to coming in today for pre op clearance I was nervous as the reviews made me extremely nervous. Today was exceptional both women were pleasant and I had no issues. There was a discrepancy with my insurance but the staff explained everything effectively honestly they were very helpful. Lastly I’ve been told how hard it is to find my veins and she was able to get me done with one poke I very much appreciated it as I have horror stories from Quest. I will definitely be back.

This place is horrible the lady at the front desk is so rude I have never experienced anything like this in addition to that I told her to use my right arm as that is my better arm she didn’t even check it or take a look she used my left arm bruised me and my arm is swollen and hurts really bad she forgot to grab the Guaze and I had to hold my needle in my arm myself. On top of that she was very very rough when looking and seeing she bruised me she shoved the guaze down to the point where I had to say your hurting me please be more gentle. She did not apologize just walked out the room and said you are done. I would not recommend going here at all unless you want to be mistreated and hurt on top of that I am a phlebotomist and never in my life would act in the manner that she did awful just awful 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
