LabCorp, New Hyde Park NY

Comparing to be treated by an extreme nasty & rude lab collector Wixxx Fxxx, that long waiting hours passed scheduled appointment is nothing. That unprofessional female staff's attitude made me feeling like I was dealing with an law enforcement officer, give me an order - confusion - blaming - broken face. Horrible place!

Horrible service. Scheduled appointment 3 weeks ago went before appointment. The place is overbooked standing for 1 1/2 hours still not called in. When in inquired do not know how long it takes. Imagine a diabetic patient holding pee since morning and not yet serviced. Patients sitting on the floor and more patients walking in. Don’t trust appointments at this location

Walked in around 730 for a blood draw. Within minutes I was called by the nice girl working up front and my blood was drawn. Minutes later, I was walking to my car. People waiting in the room. Lab does open at 630. I wasn’t sure if would be open when I arrived.

Bad customer service at the front desk. Long wait for no reason even if you have an appointment. Please improve your services!

It was 6: 30 AM on a Friday and I was the first one there. Found great parking at that time, was seen first and it was quick. Friendly employee and professional. Be an early bird!

This location parking is convenient, however the service provided by Dan is really unprofessional. Would rather drive a few extra mile instead of going back to this location

Great staff. Convenient location. Little to no wait. Only trouble is to get up to the second floor and walk down the long hallways.

I like going to this location because of the off street parking, elevator & it's clean but upset that the website & phone message says, they are open. We (kid & I) only to find them closed.

Excellent customer service. Dan was awesome! Made giving blood easy. The staff is professional. I went in the AM right b4 work. Fast service. Very friendly ppl.

This people is very disrectful with the patients, is the second time that I have to come here to do some blood work, and the ladies at the front desk treat me like garbage, make fun of me in front every body, if you have to choose btw a another lab Corp go to a different one don't come to lake success this people doenst know how to treat another people, I'm sorry I'm not racist, I'm latina n my step dad is dark, but there is some dark skin people that feel very miserable and treat people very wrong
